Poor customer service and extreemly rude.Today my friend came home to no power and called me so i can bring her and her son and 3 pound puppy to my home to give the dog some warmth that suffered with no power from 12:30 pm till about 5:30pm.She calls the company to ask for an explanation as to why her power was shut down let alone was spoke to rudly by the emergency line lady:( then she gets put on hold to be told they have put her back on the reconnect list without an apology but still rude as hell.To boot her bill was paid and still got disconnect.This company is very inhumane to be able to cut anyone off after the storm and cold weather that has arrived!They should be ashamed of themselves and try to correct the discusting customer service received by this place.

I’m shocked this company has a 2.7 rating. It should be below 0. I wish there is z minus rating.Worst service ever, highest charge ever, rudest employee ever,They should be bankrupted and kicked out of anywhere in the world.

It's virtually a monopoly, so expectations are pretty low. That said, I've never had an outage, they have decent customer but it is extremely hit and miss. Some days you get helpful people and other days you get the worst, luck of the draw I guess.

Awful company to deal with and unreliable hydro service, sometime goes down in a strong wind. We pay our bill every month and have for the 6 years I've dealt with them. We went away for two weeks and a bill that arrived the day we left had already gone to collections and was scheduled for disconnection.

I’m shocked this company has a 2.7 rating. It should be 0. They’re awful to deal with and they hold your deposit hostage even during a pandemic while everyone is out of work. They could care less about their customers. They’ll call and tell you your $200 bill is late but refuse to use the deposit.

Our power always goes out, never warn us on planned outages. Also for some reason our hydro is twice as much then all the neighbors, considering we don't use much. And in the summer never indoors, so the lights and everything are off. I have complained about this many times, and nothing is done. Not happy.

Thank you, excellent service from start to finish. Had to have some power lines cleared of tree branches. Aaron & Ethan awesome work ethics, personal on the phones very helpful & caring. Well done by all involved.

Can you guys please put a QR code on the bill to pay it, would be way easier

Terrible customer service. Thought we did everything correct when closing our account only to get some complicated bill and balance owing based on partial bill cycles and closing dates. Customer service is questionable. I can't stand that fake smile and attitude on the other end of the line.
