Where the work has been fine so far, the communication has been iffy. I still have not received an invoice for the work done despite asking numerous times. I have paid tax but need a receipt for my records to show the tax paid.

5. I believe that H2 Bay Auto Repair is the best shop around, the past 15 years in BC using different mechanics I find that this shop is the most straight and honest shop around and way cheaper than Canadian Tire. Before I found H2 Bay Transmission shop, I used Canadian tire every time I had a car problem but not anymore.

Absolutely horrible. They will over charge you and scam you. The place is tiny and looks like it should be shutdown with all the hazardous stuff that they're doing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

total scammer. He tried to lie to us with the diagnostic, and he ask us 45 dollars just for the diagnostic. As I didn't trust him I went to another mechanic and they solved me the problem. Don't waste your time and money
