Staff from the front, to the doctors, to the gym, are super kind, polite and helpful. I worked with Zak on my shoulder and Prutha on my ankle more recently and both are super knowledgeable. They were able to find specifically what was the cause of the injuries and made suggestions for treatment. As a result, I feel a lot more knowledgeable of my individual needs and how to maintain - and improve! - my physical health.My only con" is that the gym area is very busy and I always feel awkward asking what to do next after I finish.Overall

Staff is amazing go out of the way to make your time relaxing. Came in for pinched nerve in lower back and after only 4 visits started to feel 80% better. Thanks to all the staff involved in making my recovery faster than I expected.

From the very moment I entered the clinic the reception made me feel like I was in the right hands. All the staff I have worked with has been informative, highly skilled and professional. I have never felt rushed or like a number. I can honestly say every time I leave the clinic I have always felt better then when I have arrived. Zack, Kyle, Taz and Nicolas are my go to

Staff is friendly and seems caring. The place is very large and clean. Sometimes they'll be quite busy and I've had to wait a bit but no big deal. They bill my insurance company directly too making things easier for me.

I've been coming here for 3 months for physio due to an ankle injury. Bindu has been wonderful. She is knowledgeable and has been so understanding and patient with me. All of the staff in the gym have been fantastic. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing physio.

I was referred after knee surgery by my ortho surgeon, I was a little intimidated since I have never done physiotherapy before, but at first call I was put at ease, the girls at reception are welcoming.My first appointment with Dharmi was wonderful, she is very understanding, listens and explains every step and what needs to be done to help regain my strength, she is gentle but firm when needed, she has been great for my recovery.

BEST PLACE EVER! I've been receiving treatment here for the past year. The team is without a doubt the greatest. There are many ways to contact them, and they are very responsive. They are cheerful and delightful to talk to. The receptionist, Mariyah, is extremely polite, delightful, and upbeat. Olivia is honestly a sweet heart and kind at the front desk! The massage therapist, Katie, provides excellent treatments and can hold enlightening conversations Tas, the chiropractor, is very knowledgeable and always eager to go above and beyond to accommodate! Liah & Camryn, the administrators are beyond helpful and will always notify you of any upcoming procedural payments, rather than charging you after procedures, unlike some places. The PTAs are very understanding and will always explain the affected body part and the reasons why each therapy works. Personally, I think this group will take the greatest possible care of you and treat you with respect. They take the time to speak with you in depth, answer your questions and ensure that you are fully aware and understand your medical results and ongoing treatment plan. We need more physiotherapist & admin staff like OPARC team!

I cannot speak highly enough about this team. This is my third time going to Oshawa Physiotherapy and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The reception are welcoming and knowledgeable, the physios really listen to your words and body, and the physio assistants are full of energy and are so good at breaking down each exercise so you have the best chance of recovery. Great team!
