2020 was the second time I’ve contracted T-Square and Easy Installations to do renovations.This time, I’ve been quite disappointed with the experience. They are very busy, jobs are rushed, and mistakes are made and not always fixed satisfactorily.The new IKEA kitchen is good, as is the double bathroom vanity. The vinyl plank flooring is great, but installation was much more expensive than they budgeted for.The expensive glass-enclosed shower ($2,500 extra!) has had its badly-fitting door replaced, but it still leaks. The neo-angle design suggested by the owner is a poor fit for the bathroom space and I’m sorry I agreed to it.Overall, the final costs, with “change orders” (plumbing, floor installation shower enclosure, electrical, etc.) that were not even estimated in the original contract amounted to another 33% of the original total. Financially, a bad experience.

For one thing this review is coming from Joanne Galbraith. I wanted to renovate my kitchen and I went to a couple places and they didn't want the job because my kitchen was small . Tony and Esther came by measured up and I joined them later at the store front , I loved their plan and I signed the papers. They are very honest and the guys that worked here respected my house and space . I now have a beautiful kitchen which I love . Professionals all the way. I will miss the guys coming by.

We had a small renovation to extend our second floor landing. Tom at T-Square was very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. While our project was small we always felt valued and the work was done professionally. We were very pleased and would highly recommend T-Square.

Having done other kitchen renovations in the last few years, I can say this was not a good experience. While the crew are great, responsive, friendly and hardworking, the company policies and ability to deal with things when they go wrong are seriously lacking. I have communicated all of my issues with the company and it would have taken just a little effort from the top to smooth things over, but that was not forthcoming. Instead, arguments, excuses, and overbilling of change orders, ( e.g. I got a competing quote for under cabinet lighting at one third the price they were charging). I have hired sombody else to finsih the items that are left as arguing over them was not worth my time.

Tom, Tony and the team at TSquare Construction did an amazing job on my full kitchen renovation! The work was completed on time, costs were clearly laid out, and they kept to their schedule! The crews were great, showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and very happy it was such a great experience!

We wanted to go with an Ikea kitchen, but wanted a company that could do both the cabinets AND all the other parts of the kitchen that needed renovating. Easy Installations was able to design and install the Ikea cabinetry, and they are partnered with TSquare Contacting, who could do everything else we needed (demo, floors, baseboards, plumbing, electrical). Both companies did a fantastic job! Adrienne, the kitchen designer, did a great job with the design, and was friendly and easy to communicate with (quick responses by email to my many questions!); Mitch and Colton, the guys who did most of the building work, were terrific - skilled, friendly, and respectful of our home. Kaia, at the office, was also very helpful with the administrative angle. Ian, who installed the cabinets did outstanding work, exceeding expectations. He was fastidious about every join working....made the ikea cabinets look custom. The whole process of the renovation was very professional. This was my first big renovation experience, and people tell you to just expect that it will take twice as long as contractors tell you (and the various trades should be expected to not show up when they are supposed to, etc.), and cost 50% more. But none of these bad scenarios happened for us. Time between signing contract and the start date was about a month. They told us to expect 2-3 months for completion, and lo and behold, the whole kitchen was completed within 2 months! One trade after another in quick succession went through doing their bit (we chose to go outside TSquare just for our countertop, because it was the big splurge and we wanted to go with a specialty company). Everyone showed up on the day they were scheduled to and got their job done. The work went without a hitch, and we are pleased with the quality. There were some additional costs, mostly due to stuff that came up because we have an old home, but nothing that seemed unfair. The only small disappointment was with the communication about the electrical. We asked for a new baseboard and undercabinet lighting, and were disappointed that the baseboard they installed was cheap, and there were no dimmers on the lighting (and the dimming feature we used to have on our dining room chandelier was gone).This was partly our own fault for not demanding better communication about the products that would be used. We just wish the electrician had communicated better with us about additional options (like what kind of baseboard we'd want, would we want dimmers, would we want cool or warm undercabinet lights, etc..). Overall, we are very pleased with our experience. We are planning a couple more renovations, and will most definitely be going back to TSquare for them!
