I had great service. I was looking for a particular set of earrings and called the Cornwall Store. Carrie helped me and she was friendly and professional. She even delivered the purchase right to my home herself! I will definitely shop there again.

Went to the Cornwall center location as it said closed at 8pm i was there at 5:50pm lady wouldn't sell me anything because she said she was closed gave me an excuse she'd been there all day and was leaving. Couldn't even take the 5 mins to sell me a pair of earrings. If i could give a negative google rating i would. Not impressed will never go back and will definitely tell people to stay away from hillbereg and berk!!!

Poor customer service. There were two women working, who said nothing to me as I approached and browsed.. It wasn't until a third employee came back to the booth that I was acknowledged. Doesn't encourage you to spend that kind of money when the people working could care less if you're standing there. If I had time to go down to the flagship instead I would have. I have had good customer service there in the past.

We purchased the 10mm navy sparkle balls for my 83 year old mother. My daughter put the purchase under her name. My mother was embarrased to tell us that the post was broken and a gem was missing. My daughter took them back today and was told they couldn't find the purchase under her name or my mother's name. We had to buy a new pair at 50% off. There is no question that these were H & B earrings as the clerk knew the colour as soon she looked them. Very disappointed in the service. I will never buy another product.
