Decided at the last minute to clean out ducts while the furnace was being replaced. The guys were able to fit us in on short notice and did a super job. Excellent.

I am reviewing this on behalf of my parents.My parents had Victoria Power Vac come out after being recommended by Matthews Heating.To sum things up, they came out once and the job wasn't properly done after Matthews Heating couldn't do their job so they had to come out again and clean the furnace properly.I will say that they did come out again without a hassle (maybe because Matthews Heating recommended) that's why it's 3 stars and not 1.Saying this Matthews Heating also had do replace a gasket that is usually part of the cleaning services job too.

I was very pleased in every way. The price was very reasonable, and the duct cleaning was excellent. Dave kept me informed with little things that he noticed along the way. He was also very helpful with the wood stove assessment, catching a number of serious issues that the home/wett inspector had missed. He had some great suggestions as to how to proceed with that, and we will definitely engage them again.

I called to schedule a chimney clean and had time constraints for getting the job done. Although they were booking over a week away, Dan was kind enough to squeeze me in to accommodate my request. He was very professional and did a great job. My woodburning insert fireplace looked brand new. I will use this company again.

Victoria Power Vacuum was excellent: prompt, efficient and personal! My dryer vent had never been cleaned by previous owner and was totally clogged. I will definitely call Victoria Power again and highly recommend their service.

Our serviceman Dave was extremely professional, he explained the service and went about his business. It was the first cleaning for this system and it needed to be done. Service took three hours and he worked it all the way.

I booked in a chimney sweep and a dryer duct cleaning. Their technician was awesome. He did a great job on both and was great to deal with. I recommend this company to everyone now.

5 starDan was great! Diligent, thorough and meticulous. The heat duct zones (heater, vents, filter insert) have never been cleaner. And Dan told fascinating real stories about his scuba diving and modern-day pirate ship hunters that found gold. His work is even more valuable.
