I called in with a general question, store associate Diane answered the phone she was argumentative and hung up on me. I called back and got Don, which he was such a nice man very helful, while he had me on hold i heard Diane telling someone in the background her made up story of events from our conversation. I called to put a complaint in to the owner Gerard and he came at me saying it was my fault. I was shocked. I explained to him that i was a nurse and wouldn't mistreat some one unfairly for no reason, he said i don't care that your a nurse" That he overheard me lastweek (said he sits close to the phone and can hear conversations and that I was coming at his associate Diane (which that is not true he did not hear me mistreat anyone
