TERRIBLE. I had 2 experiences with those jokers. One house they undervalued it by a lot 300K and the second appoitment I had today on a house, I made a special trip from Toronto to London to meet with them and guess what ? Apprently the bank canceled my appoitment and they MPS never bother to call me back and let me know , wasted 6 hours driving, gas , time. Hope to never deal with those guys again. WORST FIRM EVER !!!
