Beer Store

The store had lot of variety.But the cashier lacked some math skills.We gave her $100 bill instead of $50, she got confused & took her sometime to return the rest.

When I am in this location you can sense the ambivalence some staff have towards customers and each other. Coming in from the cold wearing glasses for instance in winter they steam up and in order to see I briefly lowered my mask below nose and within seconds a staff member appeared from the back demanding myself and another customer always keep mask above nose so, they watch you on security cameras looking to confront customers. This is the only store I have ever had this happen to me in including any store I have shopped in not just The Beer Store. Not only that but the aggressive nature of the lady today asking me whose recycling was in front of me and the subsequent slamming of the bin was very unprofessional, but alas, this is not the only time this has happened at this store over the past 2 years.

Good selection, reasonable prices. Very pleased to find it open on a long weekend! Browsing online wasn't a very smooth process but fortunately the in-store experience made up for it. Great to have everything stored cold!I didn't make use of it, but there is an option to buy online and pickup in store. I like being able to browse and compare, but if you know what you want, it could save you a few minutes.

It was a good stop and pickup! They had the large Corona bottles which I haven't been able to find lately. It was very fortunate that I asked the clerk because she knew exactly where to find them. She went way beyond the basic service, and went to their location then carried 6 bottles back to cash for me. This clerk provided outstanding service!! Thank you

The large sign at the entrance announcing that they will call the police if any of their conditions are violated, but we hope it won't come to that" is the most horrid and condescending I have seen since the fashion for such signs arose. Calm down

Sometimes when I am in this neighborhood I buy beer here. They do not have the greatest selection but it is not a large location so you can not complain too much . They had lots of the standard beers , you will most likely find something to quench your thirst for hops and barley. They do returns here that is the real highlight. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They processed the returns quickly and had the refund in my hands right away.

Great selection and well organized, clean store. One point for management : add another dip in the sidewalk in front of the door because it is really hard to come up with a cart full of empties. I imagine it would be difficult for wheelchairs too.

The woman taking in the returns Saturday Nov 6th was rude, clearly relishing power - barked orders yet still maintained no order as people cut the line and we suspect short changed us on the count. This person represents your company and acts as if customers are cadet recruits at boot camp. Life is too short to put up with this kind abominable service.

Received consistently good service from return to buying beer. Good product selection and products are in stock. Staff is pleasant, courteous and polite.
