Such amazing people working at this location! Everytime I have come here it's been a great experience. Specifically have to shoutout Alp & Andrea for their amazing service the other day in helping my partner and I apply for a loan. They made everything super easy, stress free and straightforward. Both were also super fun to talk to. Also, the security guard that always works there is so awesome, always really friendly and funny!

Have never had any issues with this T.D. bank, was very happy to get help in finding a first credit card to go with and the employees are always helpful in assisting me with any questions I have. Added bonus that the building itself has a historic look to it that has been well maintained.

I've been banking with TD for 8 years, every time I go in to this branch I have numerous times had such troubles with the tellers trying to deposit NOT cash my paycheque, my account has never had an NSF or been in the red and always has a balance yet I am treated like I am trying to rip them off by bouncing my paycheque?? Why are you treating hard working people trying to cash their pay like this!! AVOIDING THIS BRANCH and its ridiculous Policies" and slow slow tellers. As a note my branch where I normally go never treats me like this EVER! I don't care if I have to wait a week from now on I will never use this branch. Terrible customer service."

Disgusting service! Rude! Condescending, ageist! Vicki is a terror and thinks it's funny to be rude! Go ANYWHERE other than this company.

Went to this branch today to get an access card for my business account. Despite showing 2 proofs of ID, the male teller decilned to give me the access card unless I had my business partner present with me. It was apparently a new rule that was not published yet, and he had just found out about it. Luckily, I went to another TD branch 10 minutes away, and a lady teller proceeded to fulfill my request without any questions.I wonder if I would have been treated the same way if I was a tall white male wearing a suit. Absolutely unpleasant experience for a business owner.

the complaint is about TD BANK in general, I have been with them for over two years. I rented an apartment and a friend wanted to join me so she sent me trough e-mail transfer the rent money. The day after my bank was blocked for suspicious activity, when I called them, they accused me of fraud activity and the money I have received we're fake, and blocked me from using e-mail for a year. THEY DONT LISTEN and treat you as a criminal. Every time a friend wants to send me money, the fraud department calls them to check why they sent me. DONT open a bank account with them!! It's not worth it!

was there to deposit my cheque which is a legit and received from authorized well reputed dealer as i sold my car. i was asked to0 many stupid not necessary suspicious questions. really didn't like that Bank teller. very disrespectful. Disappointed for the very first time with TD.

This is my second consecutive day visiting this branch. The tellers are NOT at all trained to handle queries that are not related to basic day to day transactions. Day 1: stood at the counter for 50 minutes while the teller went back and forth with other team members and managers. Day 2: went back to resolve the same query, waited for 30 minutes, similar drill. And did I mention that they don’t even listen to what you ask them to do. AVOID this branch if you want to get something done that is a little complex than day to day banking transactions.

I have been in on several occasions and I think every single time I've been in one of the managers" isn't doing their job instead of helping just sat there complaining that all the staff didn't do their jobs right. He didn't offer to help
