We had a great pre-sales and sales service. Unfortunately the company never delivered on their delays that were supposed to be around 8 weeks. We are still waiting for our balcony curtains after 5 months and decided after many promises from AKA to pull the plug and dispute the charges. First and last time with them.

We found the staff to be very helpful & knowledgeable. The owner came by our home & went through the various options to meet our budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing new blinds.

Best service in the Okanagan!

Had shutters ordered and installed. They were installed horribly. They wouldn't close, they split the frame from over drilling, drilled out the side of the frame, damaged the wall, etc. I will not order more products from here and would not recommend this business to anyone.
