Upper Cut Barbers

Great staff, does great fades. I drive 30 mins to get here and it's worth it. These guys are really friendly. I brought my 6 year old and my 4 year old for hair cut both kids had a great time. 2 thumps way up...

As a black man who does reviews on black barbershops across Peel I must say that this one had terrible customer service. I watched as a young man walked into the shop 2 people ahead of him at the time. I sat there and watched as friend after friend of the barbers walked into the shop and into chairs. The poor young man was there for 2 hours with no timeline of when he would be next. The part that got me the most upset is watching him get fedup and quietly walk out disappointed with no haircut. This leads me to give this shop 1 star and a recommendation to others not to waste their time here. Watch out for my next review which will be their competitors next door, as always I will not name them as this review is in regards to Upper Cut Barbershop.

Upper Cuts in Mount Pleasant Brampton are the best in Brampton. It's not even close. Now that my boys are older..we all get haircuts there...and we feel like a million bucks when we walk out of Uppercuts. Nice atmosphere inside also..covid 19 protocols are fully practiced.

Absolutely the wrost barber shop. 1 star is too much to rate this place. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Barbers and hairstylist were talking bad about other customers while I sat there. All they did was talk bad about their customers. Never will this place see a penny from me again. Stay away from this place! It's toxic!!

I would always go back...!! I have tried a few places but these guys work at getting the cut I want, despite my difficult hairlines...heheDamian is my Barber and is attentive to what I want...

Great experience. My son walked it very upset because he didn't want to get a hair cut and walked out with a huge smile on his face in a timelymanner :) Thank you Upper Cut Barber.

Calling them unprofessional would be far too nice. There's no sense of a line, there's no welcome when you walk in the store, the owner is busy on his phone or speaking loud Jamaican to random people...absolutely the worst place to get a cut.

10/10 Amazing service. They do get very busy at times but I usually go early in the day to avoid the rush. Great service and they're really good at cutting hair. Very friendly staff and could not say anything bad about them. I been to the Wanless location and they're awesome as well. They really take time to make sure you get the perfect haircut and the price is worth it. Great job Richie and team! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good barber for an affordable price.

To say that this place is unprofessional is an understatement. People have been telling me not to go there. My brother in law told me not to go, yet I thought I’d give them a try. I mean how bad could they be right?Yeah, VERY BAD. Took my 9 year old son to get a haircut. Always keep an eye out for the queue as sometimes they can get it wrong.After a 3 1/2 hour wait. 3 1/2 hours (By the way I’m sure Saturday mornings are the busiest times of the week. Only 2 of the 4 barber chairs were in use) it was finally my sons turn. Even another customer who was the next in-line behind me said that my son was next. The barber just looked at him and with out even batting an eye, told him (Who was his friend by the way to just go in the chair. The guy looked embarrassed cause I was just standing there with my son. No sorry, no ask, nothing. I was ready to leave but after investing so much time in waiting at least I thought I’d be next right?lol was I wrong. The next barber just finished and I mentioned to him my sons next right? Just then a guy walks in (another friend) the barber (I call him ‘fashion dread’) tells him to go sit he’s next. He looks at me and said he was here before me. I’m like ‘what?!?!’ I’ve been there for almost 4 hours since opening and I never saw the guy before So I say “before the shop opened?” And he just goes, “yeah, what makes you think you’re so special.” But in Patois like I wouldn’t understand. I was furious at this point but I had to set an example for my kid.Finally the first barber decides to cut my sons hair. No sorry no nothing.Then a big, tall guy comes in and declares loudly in front of everyone “lm next in line”. Now you can’t control what people say but you can regarding your response. Instead of “umm there’s 6 others in front of you” the fashion dread says “You’ll have to ask him (The main barber) about that” WHAT?!?! There were some who were waiting at least 2-3 hours. No care for customers at all. I know this was long and I apologize for that. Believe me when I say that I’ve left other rude things out.While the quality of the hair cut was good. I will never go back here or recommend this place. They have another black barber shop just a couple of shops on the right. Go there instead. They’ve been good and at least respect the queue line.
