GREAT Company!!Chairs blew off my dock into the lake marking a few of them pretty bad. I called looking to purchase parts, and after sending pictures they replaced everything free of charge. A complete chair and five arms, and they paid the expensive shipping (60lbs via Fedex)Great product and great customer service

The adirondack chairs this company produces are extremely well made, comfortable, and beautiful.Customer service is extremely helpful, willing to work with you every step of the way. It is rare to have service as good as Home & Leisure Group. I had a minor issue and Michelle went out of their way to help me, and as I can see form the reviews, customer service is great to everyone.I look forward to purchasing more products from the company in the future, and will support them in any way I can.

I have to tell you that this company provides OUTSTANDING customer service and support. They stand 100% behind their products. I had a borderline warranty issue (more my fault then theirs) and I received a replacement chair to my house within days. I now own 8 of their chairs..don't bother going anywhere else for these types of products.

Bought a chair for Mothers day. Time to put it together, unpack and all parts were there. not the best instructions but ok. time to put on the back legs. support pin hole was improperly drilled all the way through with too large of a bit as well. This is a necessary pin to help support the rear legs. So do you try to box up and bring back to the store??? Directions state to contact them vs the store - ok. Sent appropriate pictures with explanation of what they did wrong to customer service expecting them to take ownership and make it right. No apology but did get a completely unacceptable response as to what I should do to try and offset there mistakes. Bare minimum I would have expected an apology with an estimated date of arrival of corrected rear legs. We will see how the continued battle goes but based on quality and customer service response, go elsewhere for your chair!!!!!!!!!!!!! Side note: chair was not very clean coming out of the box and a few of the screw holes were not very well aligned (these were minor and somewhat expected issues). Bought from Costco - I hope they find the response from the manufacturer unacceptable as well.

Great chairs and nice people to deal with. Our red chairs faded from the sun and they were replaced by the company at no charge. I gave a 3 star because they advertise all these wonderful colours that are available, yet you can only get them at Costco, red, white, gray, brown. Impossible to find the blue, black, or yellow. Keep checking Costco online shopping and I have never seen a blue chair option. Phoned the company and they won’t sell to the public. If there not available they should be taken off the site and only show standard colours.

Literally the nicest family you could ever meet run this company. The quality is second to none. They provide quality customer service. They also support a lot of community programs. Go with Leisure Line!!!!

I purchased one of the red chairs from Costco for my front porch. They look great and are super sturdy. Two weeks ago I had a house fire and I wish I could show the picture of my front porch and the chairs current state because my porch was damaged terribly but the chair for some reason survived with just a bubbly texture. The structure of the chair is still strong. Unbelievable really!! 5 stars from me. I will be purchasing another to replace but the other will be used in the backyard.

I have 2 Adirondack chairs, two foot stools and two tables. The quality and durability are excellent. One table kit was missing screws and I called their customer service and they FedEx’d the screws right away. A+ all around!
