Spec Trim Paint Plus Decor
We spent lots of time looking everywhere, HOme depot, Lowes, Rona all paint place but cannot match the color of our stairs, sample after sample finally, I heard about this place. Raymond, he is the Stain Man got it in one sample, customer service exceeded. Friendly even when you call they are accomodating.

I have been shopping at this store for years.The staff at this store gives the best customer service I have ever received . Tiago and the other staff members are knowledgeable kind and friendly. I have had my family drive from Markham to get their paint at this store. With the service they received I am positive they will return. Awesome staff.

I have been getting my paint for the last 2 years from Spectrum Paint. Every time that I have gone into the shop I have been met with excellent customer service. All of the staff there are so pleasant and very knowledgeable whenever I address painting questions. Most recently I had a unique scenario with white board paint. I worked with Tiago who went above and beyond to answer my multitude of questions and concerns. I will never forget his customer service and willingness to help solve my dilemma. I was stuck and pressed for time in a renovation and needed a paint colour that was VERY impossible to find. Not only did Tiago take his time, he refused to give up on the search and went completely above and beyond. Needless to say, he is the best in the business and easily the best customer service someone can find.
