Recently used them to build a custom fireplace mantel and hearth. Unfortunately the measurements they took are all off which has led to exposed brick on the wall that sits behind the mantel. The solutions they have offered are not what we wanted in terms of design and this could have been avoided with proper planning and communication with the customer. Despite calling, I have received no communication directly. Really beautiful mantel but unfortunate planning on their part has meant the outcome is not great. For the price we paid, would not recommend.

FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! I paid $5k for a custom concrete fireplace surround with shipping to the United States. They were fine during the design and shipping process. The piece was installed without issue. Within the first month of using our fireplace, the piece started to yellow and developed a crack. We contacted them by email and initially received a response, but no remedy was offered. They stated they would follow up, and never did. We have since emailed them 6 times and left voicemails and they do not respond. They state they are big on customer service but that is a lie. They have done nothing but ignore us, even though their product supposedly comes with a warranty". Don't waste your time or money."

We recently renovated our basement and had Anthony Concrete Design install board-formed concrete panels on the fireplace surround. They were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. The finished project looks amazing! Thanks Anthony & Esther!

Dishonest and aggressive people. Had to call cops to throw them out of the property. Brought wrong colour without confirmation and refused to accept the mistake. Took 50% advance and refused refund or continue working in resolving the mistake. Taking them to court. Save yourself some time and money.

They provided and allowed me to keep a multitude of their samples for my own personal use as well as well as any use with future potential customers.After choosing my style and colour, Anthony had come out to do measurements. He was friendly, professional and most of all knowledgeable and passionate about his work.The fireplace turned out amazing! I found Anthony Concrete after admiring a custom concrete display installation in a local computer store, and was very excited to hear that they would take on residential projects. I had been looking for an industrial concrete coffee table with particular dimensions and after talking with Esther, found that she could make it a reality, castors and all. It is a unique, made-to-order piece that we will have for many years. Love the colour (not the usual concrete grey) and the bugholes to give it a distressed look. And the service was second-to-none - hand-delivered. It is Toronto's best kept secret, but it's in our backyard - highly recommend! I'll be back for a fire table next year!
