Best eye care I've been to! Customer service is friendly, prompt and informative. David is so caring and nice. He treats his customers like close friends. Prices are unbeatable and top quality frames...I bought Tom Ford's for a fraction of the price compared to other optical stores. I'll keep going back. I wish all companies treated their customers with such value, respect and service.

Simple question this morning , any discount for.my son glasses. The owner of the shop flip and become so rude and went out of his manner. Very sad to see this kind of attitude in these days specially all we need the business and help each others. Not recommended if you can't tolerate Attiitude. Also he was not wearing maskSHAME ON THE ONWER , HE LIES TOO PUBLICLY. I will Escalate it to CONSUMER PROTECTION AND DO A CASE.

Excellent service. My daughter's glasses were ready in 2 days. David is very pleasant. I highly recommend ICARE for Eyewear.

Not impressed. I couldn’t get my prescription done there with my Tom Ford glasses because I needed proof that they were real Tom Fords. I went somewhere else and they told me that that stupid. They lost $300. I feel sorry for the bad reviews but I’m only being honest. And I can say that it feels bad to right a review but I must say. And the optometrist is the best optometrist in town. She is the best I ever had. She gave me a prescription better than any one else and even gave me transition and special glare. Also made my day because my glasses will be the best sight possible and the most comfortable.

I sincerely appreciate the kind help that David gave today. I live in Ottawa. I was visiting a friend in Oakville these days. I lost one of my contact lenses inadvertently this morning. I felt uncomfortable and dizzy only a few hours after wearing the contact lense in only one eye. I feel so fortunate that I called Icare Optical and talked with David - the owner of Icare Opical I think. He generously helped me out at no charge. As the business owner, David showed concerns and kindness for his customer. Many thanks again, David!

Terrible service. Very little selection. Over priced. Go to 3 for 1 at the next plaza over.Edit: I first went in shopping for new glasses but everything was expensive and wasn’t a fan of the price for what was available. I then asked if he could put my prescription in any frames I bring and he said yes. I paid every time which was maybe 3 or 4 and today I brought a pair of glasses to just tighten the arm because it was about to fall off. I came in and asked and was rudely told no because he just didn’t want to even when I offered to pay for the service.

I have held off this review for a while until our assessment of consistency was concluded. Our whole family gets our eye exams and lenses here for a few years. While normally I don’t write reviews, I am doing it as our recent experience with ICare Optical for my son’s Ortho-K lenses really stands out. Given this is our first time having Ortho-K, we had tons of questions and concerns. David and Dr. Wu have patiently addressed our questions and concerns over examination, fitting, wearing etc. While I am not intended to rate the quality of the lenses as they come with industry standards, I would like to highlight the best-in-class services we have received which is definitely superior than others’. It is worth noting that Ortho-K lenses is not a one-off prescription like regular frame lenses. Hence the consistency of quality services is one of the most important factors we have considered and therefore impressed by David and Dr. Wu. Although sometimes you are able to do lots of researches online yourself, it’d always be better to ask some professionals for advice or reassurance (especially if your wife asks to do so). David and Dr. Wu are the trusted go-to optician and optometrist.

David is the nicest guy and is a pleasure to deal with. Him and his wife are extremely knowledgeable and thorough professionals. I bought numerous glasses from them. Their service is always supper prompt with unbeatable prices. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Great place to get glasses and sunglasses. I went in with a pair of prescription glasses where the arm had broke off. David said he could switch them over to another frame. I bought a pair of frames from him at a very good price and he switched them over in 4 days for me. At the same time I had a pair of sunglasses with a missing screw and he fixed them for me while I was looking for new frames for my glasses. Definitely going there for my next eye exam and glasses. Amazing service and great selection of frames.
