Serious concerns about communication and a complete lack of due diligence to ensure patience are seen consistently. Deeply concerned at lack of care my familymember has not been given. 3 weeks of no shows, no effort to contact, explain. Was promised a call this afternoon, currently 6:21 pm and again no contact. When there is dehydration concerns and said familyber is dependant on IV feeding 3 weeks is a long time to starve somebody. But apparently not serious in the minds of Lethbridge Home Care. Now it is the weekend, office is closed with no contact abilities.

Great staff. Quick and friendly. Have been going here for the last 6 months weekly for a dressing change on my PICC line. Never had an issue. All are extremely professional.
