Awful experience . The guy destroyed our driveway and garage. And was very rude and aggressive. They threatened to just leave the stuff in the driveway. Terrible.

Trucker never showed up at pickup location Monday. They delivered during lunch rush when requested to ship after 16h30 and for another shipment, they never called the customer to advise they were about to deliver.

Worst shipping experience ever, shipment arrived with 2 weeks delay and damaged in 70%. Customer service was unable to assist redirecting calls in a circle to main 1800 number so you repeat your story to next agent to get redirected back to square 1.

Again one of the best transport companies in terms of service and professionalism.

I have never transported anything with them but customer service was wonderful to me when one of their drivers in Montreal aggressed me and put my life in danger on the road this afternoon. A manager called me back within just a few minutes and I really felt like they took me seriously. I was very shaken up by the incident and all 3 employees I spoke to handled the incident with grace and respect. Kudos to the HR side of this business!

DO NOT USE MANITOULIN fOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS. I have had the absolute worst experience throughout my delivery. I paid over $6000 to have my business vehicle shipped from Edmonton to Montreal. Cathy Mess was the logistics coordinator in-charge of the shipment. When the van arrived, the driver did not have the equipment to off-load my vehicle from his truck. I was left knocking door to door of commercial companies to try and use one of their ramps to off-load. We were left stranded and had to make our own ramp out of mud and dirt to off-load my vehicle. I have video evidence off all this and written proof from Cathy Mess and manager Jeramy McCutcheon of Manitoulins mistakes during this process. The Van was accidented in the process of off-loading!! Manitoulin is failing to claim responsibility for their actions. If you care about your items, DO NOT SHIP WITH MANITOULIN.

Very negative experience. Rude, dumb customer service. Super expensive as well, without meeting their delivery date or being intelligent or respectful towards their customers. Negative experience, do not recommend! You will not be happy!
