Horrible, don't go! They refused to fixed my husband's glasses and he can't see. The excuse its in the file" thars an excuse for incompetence! If you have any issues outside of the ordinary

I was very impressed with Dr. Julie Maillet's professionalism.She gave me a thorough eye exam using the most up-to-date equipment.Katie and Hema were so helpful when choosing my neweyeglasses. Both have excellent customer service skills. They took the time to ensure I got suitable eyewear that fit properly. I never felt rushed. Impressive!I would definitely recommend Eyes On Lacewood.-Roy

The service getting my eye exam and purchasing the frames was great, so I'll give 2/5 stars for that. The other 3 stars I'm leaving off because the delay has reached a point that's completely and utterly ridiculous.I ordered my glasses on Feb 28; got upsold on some treatment options like glare protection and transitions. They also had a 3-for-1 on frames alone so I bought 3. Was perfectly happy.My first two glasses didn't arrive until May 10, and it's now June 6 and my 3rd pair, the pair I wanted the most incidentally, is still at the lab.I don't care about the supply issues; I don't care about the lab wait times. I was quoted 6-8 weeks and it's approaching 90 days without what I paid for.Completely unacceptable; do better.

All-around good experience, even if I did learn I now need to wear glasses. Dr. Chow did a great job and was patient, and Katie was an excellent help - and more! Katie worked with me to find the right kind of frames, and Katie even figured out my insurance arrangement so that my claim went through. I feel better about getting glasses now. Thank you Dr. Chow, Katie, and the whole staff at Eyes on Lacewood! I can't wait to see you again - haha!

I am in Canada from last 3.5 years. This was my first visit to any doctor in Canada. My experience was excellent. They treat patient very well and in efficient way. I’ll definitely recommend this location. All staff members are very polite and listen your problem very well. Thankyou so much for great service.

Had a great experience! Katie and Dr Julie made me feel very comfortable. Katie also went the extra mile to help me pick the perfect frames even when I was being very indecisive.

I recently went to Eyes On Lacewood for a general eye checkup and considered a new pair of glasses. Kendra helped me from first check in, to the preliminary (preperatory) part of the exam, and then after I saw the doctor. Dr. French was polite, professional, and prompt in my exam and really helped me to understand what all the equipment was for and what they were looking for at each step. It's this kind of interesting information and friendly demeanor that will ensure I'm a returning client for years to come. When I had finished the appointment with Dr. French, Kendra VERY PATIENTLY helped me sort through many (gorgeous) frames, clearly outlining all the (amazing) promos they had without making me feel like she was selling anything, and providing me with service that made me feel more like a friend, rather than a client. Kendra's customer service skills should be rewarded as I left feeling more like family than I did a random patient. Thanks to her for her UNBELIEVABLE service: definitely will be back!!

What a pleasant and efficient experience!Emily was super helpfull in getting me set up with some new glasses. She knew who I was when I walked in the door (I did have an appointment) and had several samples already picked out for me to look at. Positive and honest opinions of how the frames looks on me was very refreshing.Finally the processing of my order and measurements was done very well. Emily explained to me the options available and explained the details of the billing.A very positive experience.

I went there yesterday searching for design prescription glasses. Not only I finally found frames I like, I had great service provided by Patricia. Patricia is a sweetheart, very kind, friendly and caring. I left the store not only happy with my purchase but also happy with the attention she put towards me. I didn’t know this location and I'll definitely keep in mind next time I am in need of new glasses.
