First Kirk cries because he has to pay shipping to return a part and so I buy the part anyway to make him feel better and then he sells me a defective part with cracked wires. Very bad business especially if you need to replace a part and it is wrong because they have very little experience, you can’t return it. Kirk is probably the weakest link at the store. I went to Amazon and paid half the price for the same part and it was a perfect replacement to the old part. Once again Amazon saves the day. If I could show pictures I would but unfortunately that option doesn’t exist.
