I ordered pizza a few days ago. The online order stated it would arrive in ~50-55 minutes. Simply delivery picked up the order about 47 minutes after my order was placed, and then took another half hour to actually deliver my now cold pizza. Rather than refuse the order and wait for a new, fresh order, I just accepted the cold pizza and made do. After we ate, I called the restaurant and spoke with the Manager Russ. Russ was lovely. He apologized and stated he would be mailing out some gift certificates to make up for the cold pizza.I'm giving 5 stars because the fault lies with Simply Delivery. Russ has wonderful customer service skills. In fact my husband has dealt with Russ before and had the same great experience. Thank you Russ for being awesome!

Great service today from hostess/server. Our 5 stars go to our server Konner! He was really friendly and sweet. 100% on top of things. He made sure everything was good. Food was hot and served quickly!

Went for the pasta special. Portion size is big. Quite tasty. Along with a chicken ceasar salad.

Came on a field trip here with some young students, the staff were incredibly kind and sweet to all our kiddos. We had a delightful time seeing the clean and lovely industrial kitchen. It was a great experience will definitely come again

Leslie a supposed shift manager offers the worst service. Doesn’t refill drinks. I had to ask a different waitress to refill the tables drinks and she didn’t it happily and right away. After we finished eating we had to wait 20 minutes to get our bill. Leslie walked past us and made eye contact with me multiple times and just looked me off and went and talked to her co-workers. Every other server I have had there has been wonderful and I think there are a lot of other servers working there that are deserving of a promotion. Leslie should not be in that position.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich coated in Gochuchang sauce with coleslaw served on a brioche bun with frozen fries.I fully expected a real, grilled chicken breast.What I received was a tough frozen battered slice of chicken breast on a bun with coleslaw and fries.So disappointing as a meal that cost me 17.99

Really great food! Gluten-free options and dairy-free alternatives, ample portions and amazing delivery too. I dined in at the lounge area. Had ribs with two sides of spaghetti, had a pizza delivered with pandera bread. The delivery came with all the fixins. Even called to alter my order and wasn't a problem to change. Overall one of the best experiences. I highly recommend.

I have a dairy allergy, and the super kind and efficient staff did everything f they could to accommodate me. I’m sad that we don’t have Boston Pizza restaurants in America! Great place! My kids loved their drinks and meals, too!

One of the worst meals we have ever eaten out. Canada day thinking, let's go. It was terrible my partner had the Asian chicken burger. The sauce was terrific, but the chicken was so tough we both had a hard time chewing it. I ordered an Italian sandwich with sauce. The bun was good, but again, the meat was tough.the margaritas we also had were tasteless. You would think they would put their best foot forward on a special day. I am shocked they put out such bad meats on the plates of unsuspecting customers. If I lived in Lethbridge I would have spoken to the manager and head office.
