Farzin's NOFRILLS Brampton

This store is not far from my home. I thought I would drop by to grab some produce that I was low on. However the produce at this location is terrible. The strawberries were all rotting and soft and some were growing mold. There seems to be no organization for anything. Nothing is easy to find. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. They all seem to be unhappy they are there. I must say that I have given this store many chances over the years thinking it will get better but everytime I decide to go back I always regret it.

There's a section of the freezer that's completely freezer burnt. How can they even expect to sell something like that to the customer ? Aside from that they were selling 2 brands but same deal buy 2 or more get them $5 each". They wouldn't let me mix and match them when they literally had the same deal for both haagen daaz and magnums. They said the system won't let you have the deal for 2 separate brands so I suggested they ring in the same box twice and it would be the same price as if I was buying the 2 of the same and they wouldn't allow me (mind you I went to a store clerk and a supervisor). This is basically the same deal aa if you were to mix and match bags of chips ...Totally ridiculous how they run their store. Floors are also filthy and they don't carry much types of coffee (literally 3 ft wide selection for ground and 2 ft wide area for the kcups) so I give it a 1 star. 1st and last time I'll be coming here."

I was at the self-check out with about 20 items, I had already started scanning and the self-check out lady told me I had to leave because I had too many items. I had never heard of this 15 limit policy before and this doesn’t exist at any other store. There was also only 3 people in self check out with at least 10 open kiosks with 2 staff members. The staff member Taija and the supervisor Craig were extremely rude and unhelpful, told me there’s a sign on the register and to leave self check out after I was halfway done scanning my items. I left my items there as the supervisor would not let me finish scanning with even a warning about the limit for the next visit. I won’t be back at this store.

This is the first grocery store I visited when I came to Canada. The variety and classification of the goods is impressive. For sure, their prices are comparatively low. Having all of your daily needs at one place makes it convenient as there are no corner stores like India.

Nice store. Fresh fruits and vegetables.The staff is good. One boy working on the floor helped me to find good fruits.Best part - they do price matching.Even, loved the people around, found some blessing cards at the door.

My go to NF in Brampton! Lots of great deals and low every day prices. But what makes this store stand out are the friendly and helpful employees!

Great produce is available and price is reasonable with compared to others. Very well organized and also very well maintained place. The staff inspite of being busy, they will always be ready to assist you without any hesitation. Plenty of parking space available.

Seriously the most ridiculous store ever! Self check out area was completely empty, all the cashier lanes were lined up with two to three people per lane with a full cart doing price matching on their phones. I had 18 items and the limit is 15. I proceeded to self check out and was told by a very bossy rude woman to go get in a regular lane. I explained that every lane had price checkers, and she said absolutely no exceptions. What is the purpose of a self check out area with 10 stations that no one can use unless you are buying 15 items or less. I will never return to this store. I recommend not shopping here as the workers are extremely rude!!!!

One of the best kept No Frills in Brampton. Produce is usually pretty fresh, prices are better than any other grocery, staff are always super helpful. Great store, good selection

Good grocery store and most of the times you get the products you need. Staff is friendly. Better than other No Frill locations in West Brampton.
