Ask questions about their mortgages they are not the same as all other leading bank mortgages. Do not recommend getting a mortgage with valley first

Terrible customer service , ridiculous fees and sneakily tried to avoid my questions till it was too late I closed my account and then told meThere was nothing the could do about the 60 dollars they took in feesWill never bank with them again

Tellers are kind and helpful, our Senior Account Manager, Nicole Gerber, has gone above and beyond to help us buy and renovate our house, and the Branch Manager, Nicole Diachuk, really went to bat for us!
