I went there during work day and work hours (Thursday 3PM) to get some parts (air filter and some gaskets) as there aren’t any small engine shops that sell parts. They were so gracious to provide those parts FREE of charge. I would like to give a big shout out to Chris.

I have had several Champion product. A portable generator, splitter, and the backpack 63cc leaf blower. All run well. But for me the outstanding quality, is there support and response to the customer. Anytime I have contacted tech support the response is constructive and very positive.The tech team is eager to help resolve the problem.This truly rare in today’s customer is not to be “trusted” culture. This company is totally awesome. I called them to see if i could buy a carb kit and they sent me a complete brand new carb to my door totally free of charge Like no one else would do that. That shows they stand by there product

I've never had any experience with a standby generator. After finding one on sale at Canadian Tire Corporation in Peterborough, we decided to buy one. I found the instructions to be very easy to follow for assembly and then for using the generator. I had a problem with the fuel guage and Champion sent me a replacement which I received in 2 days. It was easily installed and I was very impressed with the service. I would strongly recommend Champion Power products.

Spoke with the US and Burlington (Ontario) offices regarding some seals for my (old) Champion pressure washer - received great service. Ended up buying a new pump - very good price! Highly recommend the Burlington office - excellent service.

I own a 10-12 year old hose reel I bought at Costco. We absolutely love it. However after over a decade of use and abuse, it broke.I contacted their customer support on the slim chance I could get the part I broke. I dealt with both Jonathon and Anthony and they sent me the part within days…...FREE!!!!I will only buy Champion moving forward. That is crazy amazing customer service and it shows that they really stand behind their products.Thanks Jonathan and Anthony!

Not impressed. I bought the 19 rear tine tiller, roughly a week ago. It boasts about its superior power for tough soils, but I used it twice and a blade literally snapped when going through just dirt and grass from our backyard. I tried contacting support a couple of times, but being Canadian I can only send them an email request, which I have yet to hear back from.About ready to bring this junk back to the store to get my money back to buy something that stands up to the name Champion unlike this garbage.

We purchased the generator 3550/4550 because we have alot of outages in our area. We have a 75 gallon fish aquarium and lost 9 of our fish on the last outage. We now know that the champion generator will keep our aquarium heater and flow working and don't have to worry about losing fish. Thank you !
