Best place I've ever experienced for trailer service, wish I had known about them sooner. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Your never left in the dark, and the work is done in a very timely fashion with no surprises. Denis in the shop is honest and friendly, he'll take the time to explain things so it all makes sense. I was referred here and I've been doing the same. I'll always get my trailers serviced/safetied here and no where else.

Went to pick up my trailer at the Winnipeg location after being repaired. The store was busy, but the front line staff person was extremely rude. He complained out loud every time a new customer walked in and put people down when they asked about their orders. “We’ve had four hundred thousand people walk in here since you dropped that off this morning. How am I supposed to remember you?” He wouldn’t ask people if he could help them, he would simply point and you were expected to start talking. He also wore his mask improperly with half his mouth and nose exposed. When it was finally my turn, he pointed, I asked about my trailer and I was sent to another guy at a desk for payment. Once that was done, I asked if someone could show me to my trailer (it’s a big yard) and help me hook it up. The guy told me they wouldn’t help and they had no idea where my trailer was. I walked out and started touring myself around their lot until I found what looked like my trailer and started getting it attached to my vehicle. The only saving grace in this experience was after 15 minutes of struggling to remove a pin, I marched into the open shop doors in the back of the building and openly asked the guys working for help. They all came forward immediately, treated me with respect, and got me on my way in no time with some good info on how to hook it up easier in the future. Next time (hopefully never) I’m avoiding the store and walking straight to the back!

Went there for a quote on a trailer I bought from them 7 years ago. Loaned it out to a friend who beat it up. Hoping they can help me out.Edit: So I had given them 5 stars because they seemed to be upfront with me. I have now changed it to 2 stars. So they promised me a quote via email. It has now been over 2 weeks from the date the quote was promised. This doesn't put much confidence in their ability to keep their promises. I have called them to follow up and again promised I would be getting that quote. That has now been another week and a half since. If they are reading this I would ask what's the hold up on a simple quote?

Great service. Buying the trailer from Dean was a great experience. Had what I needed and had some tips before coming out to grab the trailer. Purchase went smoothly. Trailer is fantastic

Bought a 38' triple axle gooseneck about 10 years ago from Winkler. This year when getting the annual safety done it needed brake pads and some suspension parts. Called PJ in Winnipeg to order parts, and they tell me they don't have anything, they don't even know if they're available. What a joke!! Don tells me they never replace brake pads so they don't have them lol. Now I cannot deliver product because I have to run around and try to figure out how I'm going to repair this thing. Will never buy another PJ trailer that's for sure!!

I bought a trailer from the Winnipeg location over the phone.It turned out that they actually over sold and didn't have it on the lot. I was going to be there the next morning to pick it up. They rushed one in from Morden and it was sitting there waiting for me when I showed up. They showed me a small dent they found on one fender and included a free spare tire to make up for the minimal damage that was there before I even saw the trailer. Very friendly and helpful staff from the second I walked in till I drove away. They actually flagged me down to give me a coffee mug as I was leaving the lot. I highly recommend.

They did a wonderful job quickly solve my trailer brake, the quick, professional service save my trip and my weekend. Wonderful service, anything related on trailer go PJ trailer.

Above and beyond excellent customer service. These guys came to my rescue when my trailer suspension broke on the T-CHPH. Their mechanic drove out to where I was and helped me get my trailer to their shop where the suspension could be fixed. Within two hours of my breakdown I was back on my way across the country! Friendly and expert work done.Very grateful!

Great service staff !!!I came in w a problem w my hydraulic dump trailer pump and they diagnosed it quickly. Also bought and they installed a trickle charger and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.

This place did a great job and saved me on my trip across Canada. Mark the manager in particular went above and beyond to help me out. There’s zero complaints about the guys that work there. I went from a blown axle and losing a tire, to making it across Canada. Thank you again!
