Really nice karaoke concept! Love the private rooms. The playlist is limited and dated though. Great night with friends guaranteed

Very disappointed in this place. For one, it smelled like stale smoke and was outdated. The music system was constantly glitching and the songs were very limited. Worst of all, our group was significantly up charged. The menu said $70/hr, but we were charged $93 plus tax. Seems as though the $23/hr up charge was a forced tip. In extension to this, two of our friends left earlier in the night, and were charged. Once the rest of us settled our bill, we were charged again for their same portion of the bill. As for the drinks, when it came time to pay, there was a forced tip included. But this wasn’t made clear. So you end up tipping twice. What an absolute scam this place was. Only good thing was that their drinks tasted good but were watered down significantly.

Great place for Karaoke! Rooms can accommodate up to 15 people so plenty of space and comfortable couches. Food and drinks are pretty good but the food is expensive (chicken nuggets for $17 like what). The song selection is quite old but at least you can plug in your phone to go on YouTube (if someone in your party has YouTube premium, even better because no ads). We were a group of 8 and with drinks and the hourly fee it came down to like $50-$60 per person which is great for 3h30.

We weren't really satisfied with how the karaoke worked, their system didn't seem to have newer songs and it was hard to understand (specially because most things were in chinese), we even tried downloading the app with the QR code but didn't work. We had to ask for the remote of the TV to get the YouTube code (which they took a long time to bring us) and we had to get the free trial of YouTube premium otherwise we'd have to keep getting ads all the time.Other than that we had a great time and the price was okay as well.

Private karaoke rooms downtown. Karaoke music machine in our room didn't have much newer choices and the volume was low/not great quality. We ended up connecting to YouTube. Pretty expensive place too. We still had fun because we are with friends but not because of La Muse specifically.

We held our Year-End after party at La Muse this year and it was off the hook! Thanks to Alex and his awesome team for making it a night we will never forget.

Private Asian-style karaoke rooms, not too expensive at all especially with larger groups.They require you to buy drinks, but at least this place makes their drinks well.The selection of music is really good but it seems like it needs to be updated with more full albums or more popular songs, but they had a very good variety as is.

The staff was nice. I loved the decor, ambiance and light-up steps. I also appreciated the food and drink menu.The only downside is that their music selection is VERY limited. They don't have any big hits for major North American artists.
