Absolutely LOVE the ice cream cakes we order for every birthday in our household and family. Kuljit and Surinder and staff are awesome to deal with, service is above and beyond and product is well priced and of excellent quality. We are especially fond of how they can make any image on a cake and it turns out perfect every single time !

I had high hopes seeing the reviews of this store but honestly it was quite disappointing. I had the lavender lemonade ice-cream. Honestly it didn't taste much like lavender and had an odd milky aftertaste.The store could also use some fixing up as it didn't feel very clean.However there is a wide variety of fudged and beaver tails, so maybe that is what one needs to get from here.Price was decent.

Great place fore ice cream. Staff were just rock'in the day we were there because of a kids baseball league coupons. Good selection, with on site made waffle cones. Highly recommended!!

Ordered my daughter's ice cream cake from Cowans with only 30 hours notice and the helpful staff accommodated my request without hesitation. The item I originally requested was unknowingly sold out and they called to offer me alternatives right away. Without providing a photo the staff chose a fitting photo to incorporate. The cake was a total hit at our party. Great value and selection. I'll recommend and use their service again. Their ice cream selection is the best in town

Delicious and filling milkshakes. Plenty of flavors to choose from. Staff is nice and friendly. It is hard not to buy some fudge while you are in there.

Doesn't look lke much from outside but don't judge an ice cream place by its convenience store cover. So many options for flavours and styles.And the scoop sizes are ridiculously large! Their small is like most larges.

Best Pizza I've had in forever! We used to own our own pizzeria in my hometown, so I know what goes in to making a great pizza & Cowan's knows just what that is! We get to take the pizzas they provide us with & bake it until the desired crispness & bubbling of cheese! I follow the wonderful & easy to understand and instructions they provide and tack on a few exta minutes to get the crust really brown the way my family likes it. What's even better than the taste is the price! I spend $40 or less on 2 pizzas loaded with toppings & cheese that I don't mind turning on an oven to cook! They usually have some added deal running with the pizza that you just can't say no to! On top of the delicious pizza you can't say no to an ice cream cake or fudge easily provided in store. Would recommend this shop for your dessert & pizza needs!

If you’re ever driving past Brockville on your way to somewhere or you are a Brockville local, come to Cowan’s. It’s family owned and operated and there is so much amazing selection of ice cream, treats, and fish and chips and pizzas. Prices are great as well, will definitely be coming back.
