Overall very disappointed with my laser hair service. I have had 12 sessions on three different areas and have experienced little to no change in my hair growth. To make matters worse... I payed for a three areas but the owner would not laser the entire area and would still charge me for the service. Every session I have had to tell her that she missed my entire knee or the half of my leg. She rarely addressed my problems and often make comments that were hurtful about my body. I addressed my concerns multiple times and finally gave up and completed my sessions and will never return. The owner will gladly take your money and fail to provide the service that was agreed upon. I regret buying all the sessions after our initial consultation.

I found this spa on Groupon, thinking I'd just get some touch ups and make due...but here I am 6 months later with numerous extra packages purchased and I can't be any happier! I've been to several other laser hair removal clinics (Dr. Minuk, Derm Centre) and Ageless is by far the best all around. Leah is extraordinary, pays immense attention to detail and makes you laugh throughout so much so that you forget you're being lasered! Her equipment is top of the line and better than most places I've been to honestly. I was surprised at the low prices, thinking that it wouldn't be up to par with other clinics I've been to, but it has surpassed all of them. With top of the line training in Toronto and countless service additions to her spa, Leah's sure to keep me around forever!!

I started last September went in for a consultation ended up doing 6 sessions of hair removal. I spent over $2000 at this establishment and all of my sessions lasted maybe 30mins. Not one area is hair free and they want me to spend more money and keep coming back for more treatments. My advice to anyone looking into this service is to try one area at a time so you don’t end up wasting $$

I have been going here for laser hair removal and am very pleased with the experience. I had darker hair and I have seen results within a few visits. After a few more, the results have been very impressive for me.It's right near polo park and very easy to get to, and the staff are very friendly.This place is a great value for your money and I definitely recommend it.I will be going here for all of my hair laser removal needs. I imagine I will end up getting my nails done here one day too.

I came in for a 1 hour massage. I had to ask a couple of times to make sure it was a 1 hour massage I was getting.The issue I had was with the owner. Client integrity and privacy is a top priority and that wasn’t accomplished at all with my service as the owner came walking in, leaving the door open behind her, as I was naked on the bed. She came in with an armful of towels looking for her glasses and commenting on the nice spa music as she left.The bed was also lined with a thick plastic and I had nowhere to put my face comfortably. It was definitely student quality which I paid expert pricing on, and when I asked for a refund I was told no, as her previous clients have said she was great.I feel you should look elsewhere for a decent massage. It is very unfortunate that I wasted my time and money here.

Great service, clean facilities and all staff members are very friendly and attentive. I had laser for underarms and noticed the result after 3 sessions. After 6 sessions, I have been living hair and worry free. It might give different results on everyone but it worked for me only after 6 visits. Now I am going back for their Sonocell facial! Definitely recomend this place to anyone.

I am extremely happy with everything from start to finish. Leah is very knowledgeable and very professional and she makes me laugh during the entire laser procedure.As a mom with two young kids, I don’t have an hour to spend getting treatment. So the fact I can get in and out in 30 mins is fantastic.I saw results by my second procedure and it just got better and better each time I went.The initial consult was very informative and she was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. She clearly notified me that nothing is guaranteed 100% and I understood the risks going into it that it might not work. Leah was very clear and I appreciated her honesty and her good vibes.I would recommend ageless spa to anyone who is thinking about laser treatments. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help when needed.

I have been going to this place for hair removal of different areas of my body for almost a year. the owner and the rest of employees are friendly, however I don't like how the result of my laser hair removal turned out. During the sessions, the treatment works perfectly, you can see the results after 2 or 3 sessions so you think it's working fine. However after the treatment (it's usually 6 sessions) hair grows back. I still have lots of hair on my underarm and neck and have to shave or clean regularly.

Leah is so great! Very personable and fun! She certainly helps relax you during your Laser Hair Removal appointments - even when you are having an akward area done! Ageless offers very competitive pricing, and the results of the treatment in itself is amazing! She helps you to understand that different hair textures require different settings and levels. I had to continue treatment to satisfy the removal, but this is common and to be expected from any Laser Hair Removal treatment! I have saved so much $$$ on waxing that EVERY treatment from Leah has been 100% worth it!

All my life, I've dealt with unwanted facial hair due to a hormonal imbalance. It has been the absolute BANE of my existence. I've tried several hair removal methods over the years, including: waxing, plucking, electrolysis, epilators, etc...but none made any sort of difference.When I found the very reasonably priced Groupon for IPL treatments at Ageless Spa & Boutique, I thought it would be worth a try.I can say with complete honesty, that I am VERY happy I decided to take the dive into IPL treatment! For one thing, it's only been 3 sessions and I already notice that the hair is much thinner and far more sparse than before! Obviously, the hair won't disappear after one treatment, but I am astounded that I can already see and feel a difference. I usually get cystic acne due to ingrowns, but have been ingrown free for weeks!Going into this, I was extremely skeptical, but I can assure anyone who is on the fence that IPL treatment DOES make a difference. It may not be very noticeable at first, but it makes enough of a difference that I don't feel as self-conscious about my neck and chin as I did before.The spa itself is very cleanly and comfortable and Leah is extremely kind and very eager to answer any questions or concerns you may have. She always does a thorough job and makes sure you are comfortable during the process.I'm so glad I found Ageless Spa and Boutique and a treatment that is actually making a difference for me!
