Hilltop Place Retirement Community by Spring Living

I have been working at this facility as an outside agency staff who provides for the residents. It has the most friendly and caring staff. You can depend on them to take care of your love onesI love how the residents are engage in the activates and there is something always happening to keep them busy. You can't ask for a better management team

I found the staff to be friendly and caring. My sister likes it there. The activities co-ordinators are great and fun and the seniors usually make friends fast there.I would recommend this place ro anyone sweking senior care.

I had the pleasure to tour through both Hilltop Place and Brookside Court looking for my step-mother earlier this year. The staff were amazing and super-welcoming to me and my step-mom! The homes themselves are beautiful! We were even able to speak to the Executive Director, Parry, on our tour who greeted us by name. Unfortunately, my step mom's care needs changed drastically before we had a chance to move in, but I still wanted to come on here and thank the staff for their time and amazing customer service. - Nick

My mom has been a resident at Hilltop Place for a year now. She never imagined she would move from her home, but was pleasantly surprised at how much she loved it.We love that it is a small and cozy retirement home. It's easy to navigate for her, being one floor and no stairs to worry about. The staff and residents all know each other on a first name basis. It feels like a family!The staff is caring and kind and always available to help out, from the nurses to the receptionists. They know the residents needs and preferences and it's very personal.Her room is spacious, comfortable and newly renovated with her own bathroom. My mom loves going to the dining room for her meals and says the food is delicious and plentiful!It's always a pleasure to visit mom, as she is always happy and well taken care of, with doctor visits in house, 24 hour nurse, pedicure services, hair salon, exercise classes, bingo and entertainment.She says she never wants to leave!Thank you Hilltop Place!

Calm and serene environment. I walked there a couple of times and love the area though I’ve not been inside the building itself .

We chose Hilltop for my grandmother because the residents and staff are extremely kind and welcoming. On my first visit, Perry took me on a tour of the facility. He was knowledgeable, kind, and informed me on everything the facility has to offer from the food to activities. It was truly his genuine care for the residents that made me want my grandmother to join this community. When she moved in, the staff was very kind and helpful in welcoming her into the community. Perry once again stepped in to make sure she was participating in events, meeting other residents, and feeling comfortable. Her transition into Hilltop was much smoother than anticipated due to Perry and the wonderful staff at Hilltop.

Terrible staff, terrible food, terrible accommodations, big price tag...Do yourself a favour and look at other homes, this one plain and simple is terrible.

I would give zero stars if I could. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, horrible food with no choice of menu items, no fridge in the rooms. Cold clinical atmosphere. Don't inflict this unfit environment on your loved ones.
