Very good selection of products. However for the past few times I've been there, the young lady in the store has the most vulgar music on with so much swearing. Please remember you're in the service industry & not everyone likes listening to the f bomb dropping after every other word while they're shopping for products.

Staff doesn’t know their products. Asked for regular kanekalon braiding hair and told her I didn’t see it in the section I was at and she said if it wasn’t there then they don’t have it. Why not be proactive and double check? I checked again myself and found it. Will never shop here again. Customer service 0/10

I went in today looking for some men skin care products and Catherine helped me. She’s really knowledgeable of what she’s doing and such a joy to be around. The prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen in Calgary so far and I’d definitely recommend shopping here for all your skin and hair care needs.

Staff was incredibly helpful, professional and personable. I couldn't say anything bad about Hairsense. I was so satisfied and got exactly what I needed and they have such a great selection in the store. It's honestly my new favorite store. Can't wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!

Great beauty supply store. Very organized so it won’t be hard to find what you’re looking for (they also have a great selection). The workers are very kind and always ask if you need help finding anything which is very considerate. I’ve never had a bad experience going here. 10/10:)

Friendly and helpful staff! Thank you to the young lady who helped me get products down from up high and for ringing me up at the till! Went wig shopping today and walked out with 2 new units! Hope to see more stock come in soon, I’ll definitely be back!

Really bad experience in this store. I bought the clip in hair extensions and had 18’’ different colors, when I decided what color was the right one I paid without noticing that the one I brought home was 14”. I opened them and tried to see if they will fit but my real hair was longer. I called immediately the store and the girl said I could exchange them. I took them to the store the next day and another girl said they won’t exchange them. I even talked to the manager and she was not helpful at all. I lost $150. Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend it at all.

I have been going to this store for a while and after I bought hair that I didn’t like, I wanted to return it but because of their no exchange policy, she decided to give me a discount and I ended up buying almost 9 packs of hair from them. The owner was very professional, polite and super nice and I felt bad for being upset when they weren’t going to exchange it at first.The store is always clean, the staff are really friendly and nice and they have lots of wigs, hair and hair product. Thank you guys for your service.

Amazing place with amazing service! I went there alone since I just got a wig installed and needed some maintenance products. I already knew what I wanted so I didn't need help but the black lady working there was helping another older lady with products and was so patient and kind, she definitely needs a raise for her amazing service! Prices are amazing there as well only thing is it’s far from my home. Trust me this is the place to go for your hair needs, even my top hairstylists shop here so I would recommend it to everyone.
