TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

they just got this new thing where if you try to buy something online they need a one time pass code they say its a one time but every time I buy something online they ask for this code as I don't have text messaging it is really hard for me to buy anything online then I call in to talk to someone these people are never open or you go in and they are very dirty people and talk to you like you are nothing and don't help at all and tell you there is nothing we can do about this its are bank that does it we cant change that yet I have been here for years and this is the 1st time i ever got this but keeps happening for every buy I do online i am done with this bad bank I'm going to RBC they treat you better there and bank fees are cheaper

On 2023-06-16 I contacted this location to enquire why my payroll was not deposited. Lady who answered the phone stated that it is down country wide, bank cards don’t work, and they are looking into the issue and hung up the phone. Great job on getting hacked and compromising our sensitive information and the rude customer service. I wonder if TD will waive the nsf and service fees due to the security breach?

The Teller named Rahul is very unprofessional. We wanted to withdraw our money today. It’s a investment but it’s very basic, my friend used to work in TD as Financial Advisor, he told me that I can withdraw my money at counter, no appointment needed(BTW when I told the whole story to this friend later today, he said this is ridiculous). When I tried to explain the situation to Rahul, he refused to listen to me and said “you don’t need to be mad at me.” With all due respect sir, I won’t mad at you because I don’t care about you personally, I just wanna my thing to be done. When he stands behind the counter, he represents TD Bank. We will have more money to invest in the future, but TD will never be our choice.

Offered me a new credit card, to which I said yes. Asked me to pay off balance on card before they give me new one, that’s fair so I paid it off. Few months later, I get a call that I still have a balance on a card that was closed and I owe them money. They confirmed card was closed but still had a balance. Anyway I squared it off with their call center. I also took at hit on my credit, which I could have been prevented had I known that I had a balance. I didn’t receive any notices for my balance because this card was closed. When I tried numerous times to get a hold of the bank rep, no response. Amazing service. I’m glad this isn’t my primary bank. I almost considered unifying my accounts. Unacceptable. Am considering switching to other bank.

I was in this location this morning for a serious problem in my account . The agent cannot help me so I asked for the manager “Stephonie “ to talk her but she ignored me that made me close my account .. what a service ….

Excellent teller service all around! Except last time I was in there, I signed in with my bank card and was making payment on credit card and asked how much credit available and so on. Teller asked if he could see my ID? I said no, I don't have to confirm who I am? That was all done when I opened my account years ago ! Told him to look at all my information in front of him...Sure no make up and all, I probably looked like a homeless person? Yup! New teller, other than that? I receive great service at this branch compared to the branch I initially opened my account at on Notre Dame & Sherbrook! 100%

I've been with td bank for more years then Id like to admit. Today I had an experience with a young male teller that was extremely disappointing. His attitude was these are the banks rules and if i don't like them that's just to bad. Completely indifferent and impersonal. He may have been correct but his arrogant manner was offensive. Now if I have some banking to I will do it on line, I'm going to look at a credit union. I'm going to look at transferring my savings some where people talk to each other with common decency..
