Craig and his staff are the best. They have taken care of our Jewelry needs for almost a decade. Everyone we refer to him leaves with raving reviews. He took care of our engagement ring, the ring for my best friend's wife, my brother-in-law's wife, and another friend. He also handled my wedding ring and those of other friends and family. Craig is as honest as they come and genuinely cares about his clients. We highly recommend Krail :-)

I had to have my rings cut off due to an injury and took them into Krail Jewelry for repair. The service was amazing and the finished product looked beautiful, you could not even tell that it had been repaired. The price was very reasonable.

I found the owner very compassionate & caring and considerate to my needs! I would highly recommend this establishment! I had a ring that was burned in a crematorium and the owner brought it back to like new. I couldn't believe it! I was more than touched! I will never go to another jeweler again. They completely won my business. I took my ring in for some minor repairs and they went above and beyond. There was some damage from moving on the back of the band. When it was returned to me you could barely even see it plus the replaced stones that were just loose. The staff is wonderful and attentive. They even called me with a price estimate before they did the work. I can't recommended them enough.

Advertised price was not available. Price was double over the flyer price! Set of ear rings. The mailing I had received was not in their store, and I live outside of city, was not worth the drive both ways, so I made my purchase at the Goldsmith.

raig - the owner, is an artist - i have quite a few loose opals and he's set them all for me in both rings and pendants if uou'te not familiar with the importance of how an opal is set .......it can come out looking blah if not set at the proper angleor it canshow all the beauty of the fire within the gem, and Craig never fails to set my opals to display as much fire as they have within ! in addition to the great work he does....he's also very fair with his pricingHe's probably the most reasonable jeweler you'll ever find as well as being one of the best! he's also repaired several chiming clocks for me and has the most brilliant diamondswith xquite clarity available I've been going to him for over ten years and not even once have I been been unhappy with the quality of his service Iwouldn't go to anyone - or anywhere else. The ladies in this shop are extremely nice and helpful, too. I can't say enough good things about Krail Jewelers!
