I was very happily impressed by the quality of the service I received today. They called me the day before to remind me of my appointment and confirm whether I was still coming. They also called me 15 min before my appointment to make sure I was on my way and that I knew where to find parking, which was at the back of the building, very easy to find with a big written board indicating where it is when you arrive there with your car. The service I received from the receptionist was 10/10. George, the Optomitrist, was super friendly. He explained to me everything I needed to know. He recommended only what he believed I needed, nothing more. I was also served by his sister, Stephanie, who is also an optometrist. She too explained to me everything I needed to know, even going the extra mile by explaining why certain products are better than others. She knows her products very well, and pics only the best. Very kind people. The place looks very nice, simple. I greatly enjoyed getting my eye exam. The clinic is very well located too, in the heart of downtown Hull (Gatineau). Would recommend anyone to book an appointment with them, which you can do Online (my preference) or even by phone. Will be going there from now on.
