I always go to the 102282 Tim Hortons location, really great service and never have to wait long. Customer service staff very polite and work fast to complete your orders. Today Molika helped me with my order, she was extremely polite and very fast with my order.

The Namao center Tim Hortones is uniquely located with a beautiful 270 degree views of the outside when sitting in the middle of the dining area. I am going to this location regularly and find it very welcoming place to sit down and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. The entire staff and the owner are super friendly and treat customers with respect. Mitchel, one of the staff , who is responsible for cleaning on the weekends, is a fantasticis guy. In addition to keeping the place nice and clean, he converse and greet customers and makes everyone feel at home. Moreover, most customers going to this location are diverse across all demographics. This makes you feel at home the minute you walk in. Keep up the great job guys.

Absolute horrible customer service, absolutely no preparation, you ask for a coffee they have to “go see if they have any” then when you order literally anything on the menu they also take 5 minutes “checking if they have any” the workers who take your orders through the drive through i don’t think fully understand English and they ask you to repeat yourself many times. Every day. Same thing.

The definition of a drive through focused location. 5 people in line ignored for five plus minutes without any notice or caring. Walked out with two others after 5 minutes.The line still had not moved by the time I finished this review. Not short staffed, just very focused.Maybe it is time timmies restricted what the drive through serves.

Got my friend an everything bagel with cream cheese. The poppy seeds were white and fuzzy with mold on them. He was reluctant to eat it, so I took it to the front to see if I could get a new one or get it replaced. The lady at the till was trying to play it off that I was referring to the sesame seeds, when I wasn't. Her English seemed quite limited, and she seemed very confused. Her coworker making sandwiches in the background was listening in and making rude comments in a different language. She would not replace the moldy bagel for me. Poppy seeds are supposed to be fully black, not white and fuzzy. She also pulled out a different bagel and it looked the same, if not worse than the one I had. Absolutely terrible experience, and I didn't enjoy someone ease dropping and commenting in a different language. Do better.

For people who went through the Tim Hortons training, you’d think they would know not to put a freshly dipped donut in a bag, but rather put it in a box. This happens every time I order a Boston cream here. Last time I buy one from this restaurant. Only reason I keep going back is because the coffee is usually very good here and I am never disappointed with the breakfast and how fresh it is in the morning. Weekends are garbage though, due to the drive thru being in an odd spot where people can come right off the road and cut in front of people who have been waiting for a while. Another thing is drive thru workers during week and weekend practically throw my order and money at back at me.

Be smart. When two acquainted customers go to the second till, take both orders. Don't take only one order and ignore the other customer and leave him at an empty till waiting to get service especially when orders at the other till are being taken. I waited in that line for a long time just to wait for even longer while everyone still in that line got their order taken. I would have re-entered the line but new customers continued filling the line up and I did not know I was going to wait for her to make food for the next three orders. Even when I asked to get my order taken since I was waiting for a long time now, She said I'm making sandwich" and left me waiting. Could have communicated to your team

Very friendly atmosphere, good service, close to home, and good parking. Staff very friendly and competent, location kept very clean both inside and outside. Noticed two individuals (Mitchell) who is always very busy working either outside or inside with a very determined mission of keeping the place very clean. He seems to always be in a happy mood and makes sure to come over to our table to say hello when seeing us. The second individual (Pam) is a worker bee that not only works behind the counter but also cleans tables, floors, and paints pictures on the windows there for special occasions. She greats us with a smile and conversation that adds to her bubbly personality which makes this a great place to go. Behind the counter staff are very efficient and friendly people to deal with. The place is always full and busy which keeps all staff jumping. Dave, the owner/manager is very friendly, knowledgeable, and keeps a well oiled machine running. Kudos to the entire staff.

I've been to a fair share of timmies, and I wish this could've been one of the good ones. I thought it was new hires, or the rush, but every single time I order my usual meal, it always takes forever, and I wouldn't be complaining but it seems like every other timmies has no issue getting my order nice and quick. Do not rely on this place if you have to be somewhere and think you can pick it up on the way. This place doesn't handle the morning rush well. And the drive thru process doesn't make sense, they make us wait at the speaker until my food was ready and then usher me forward right up to the window... could've spent that time taking more orders and moving things along quicker. Overall the drive-thru experience just isn't it, I expect a little more urgency/efficiency as far as fast food goes.on a good note, staff is very friendly and helpful, whoever gets those potato wedges nice and crispy cheers to you, thats how they should be! It seems the team is just overly cautious it just kind of costs time, but I've never gotten the wrong thing, and quality of food/coffee is pretty good! Thanks for the hardwork
