This guys just cut my Bell wire while I was away on vacation. Didn’t know what is happening and why my camera doesn’t work.. when I came home I realized that the wire was cut off, most likely by this guys who were working on changing electricity poles on my street.When I called to complain, Justin the supervisor insisted that it could not have been them, even though I told him I have pictures to proof.This is not how you deal with customers. Take responsibility, compensate and move on.I am still waiting to be compensated.
