Kal Tire

Kingstonists please don’t go to Kal Tire on Fortune crest Kingston. They cheat their customers. I was taking my car from last 4 years for summer and winter tire change, since the day my car was brand new. Every time I have to go twice as the car wobbles. Although Kal tire takes money to balance the tire but wobbling means that balancing is not right. On complaint, their staff always tell that we did balance but the balance might fall off. I was listening this from last 3 years so this time I was ready and I challenge him so he said than there will be a defect in your car and give me a very bad laugh. It was really Insulting. Well I went inside the workshop and found that out of 4 all 3 tires were disbalanced. So I told him that I was a regular customer and I will not come back any more. so the guy at reception said it’s up to you, we don’t care. So this is their loyalty with their own company. This is a shame for the manager of the shop and the management of Kal Tire. Good bye Kal tire one more customer left you guys.

I would Have given you 5 stars had you not made that mother and child Wait out Side in the cold For 5 more minutes Before opening. How hard would it have been to open the door and say Hey we're not open for another 5 minutes but wait inside

Arrived at open (7:30AM) with a flat tire. Explained my difficult situation as I needed to be in Napanee by 10 and could not leave my car for the day. Without hesitation they took my information and said they would figure something out for me. I was back on the road by 8:05AM!! So impressed!! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future services!! Thanks guys ☺️

It is easy to deal with these folks. They have a toll free number, staffed with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable reps. The first time I called, they helped me choose a set of winter tires that are great.At the shop, they work efficiently and advise about the work. Pleasant to deal with and I think the price is also reasonable. I would definitely recommend then for tires.

Had a nail in my tire while on my way to Kingston. Called and booked an appointment with no issues. In and out in 30. Great service and price.

Called them as I had flat tire across the road in a different parking lot. They helped me pump up the tire enough to get it to their lot and patched the issue in less than an hour!Amazing service, highly recommend!!

We needed to lend our van to a friend who was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. He and his family were going on a last vacation to P.E.I. The challenge was that they were leaving very quickly and our van did not have winter tires on yet. I asked the garage that was storing and scheduled to do the install to move up the appointment to help make it happen, they declined. Kal Tire, despite being fully booked at this very busy time of year, immediately said yes, all we had to do was leave the van with them and bring them the tires. This is what excellent customer relations is all about. We are new customers to Kal Tire but they have our business going forward. Well Done!!
