Holden Colony Metals

Poor communication, too hard to deal with. I contacted them by phone and text yesterday to try to arrange a delivery time so someone could be there to receive my sheet metal order. They finally said they'll try to fit it in sometime tomorrow". It's now noon "tomorrow" and I haven't heard from them again. It shouldn't be so hard to schedule a delivery. Seriously

Ordered metal and all was good. Needed additional flashings made and took over a week of trying to get a response. Finally when they did make up the flashings needed they were not bent to the details I had given. Tried to contact them with zero acknowledgement of any kind. To bad I had planned to use them for upcoming projects. Small price for to find out there customer relations side of things

I have worked for Darius and the Holden Colony and found them to be professional and knowledgeable. I was promptly paid for my services as well. I have dealt with the Holden Colony on a couple occasions in the past two years. On both occasions I was impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism. Recently I took a drive to Holden to buy metal for my old heritage barn. Reuben was very helpful and delivered on everything I had requested. I had to make a few calls to ensure I was on the right track when installing the metal correctly and Reuben set me straight on a few things. I would not hesitate to deal with the colony in the future. I believe Holden Metals and the rest of the company's operated by Holden Colony try their best to deal with integrity and honesty. With these qualities, you can't go wrong.
