I called this morning about my wifi driver on my laptop breaking. Len kindly walked me through the issue and purchasing a part I needed to buy. He willingly spent time with me over multiple calls so that I could try to resolve my issue knowing that if it worked I wouldn't be bringing my computer in. So Thank you Len!

This is a great service! Len is down to earth, friendly and knows his stuff. I have never felt that I have been left behind and email response is quite fast. His info was passed to me by a friend and I have since past it on to three others. He has a weak spot for fresh fish...so...
