The selection was great. Quality of material was there. However some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The rep was not willing to help my find the equipment needed to build my gym. Not able to give me any information on the products. Will be taking my business. to Rocky Mountain fitness or anywhere else!

Great quality inventory at fair prices but it is Denise that steals the show. Her experience as a fitness competitor gives her another level of understanding on what will best suit the customer's needs. Her knowledge easily surpassed any staff at all the other stores I have been in.

I highly recommend Flaman Fitness, West Kelowna! Their customer service is outstanding and they have a very wide range of products great for everyone! As part of a high competitive mogul team, I am constantly travelling and training. I have purchased many products there that help me recover and strengthen during trips. They also donated one of their bikes to help my team during training camps! We are so thankful for their generous donation. The people here at Flaman are so kind and knowledgeable! Thank you Flaman!!

Suspect Return PolicyBought a pair of Progressive brand dumbbells a couple of weeks ago. Was not given an invoice. Went back to check return policy and was told by the lady at the counter that due to Covid there is a no return policy. She then showed me a random invoice which stated at the bottom that there is a 30 day return policy for in-store credit. When I pointed it out, she flatly refused and re-iterated that there is a no return policy.Thanked her and left.

This place is truly AWESOME. Came down from Los Angeles to board on Big White. Stopped here to get a kettle bell and a roller on the way. Super awesome place with a lot of options in terms of weights, machines, and recovery products. On my trip my roller broke and upon bringing it in, I was given a replacement… no questions asked. A classy businessThat respects the relationship between producer and customer. I highly recommend stopping by, whether you’re from Kelowna or just stopping through!

I had an excellent experience here. Phil gave me such awesome customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to deal with. He helped me to find the perfect SUP and a few other great summer fitness supports. I will now be a lifelong customer here. I’ve been happily paddling on the water and getting fit every day since. I have bought both residential and Commercial Equipment from Flaman over the last 5 years. Price is very good and so is the quality.I have been extremely impressed with their customer service not just before the purchase but after as well. I have dealt with other local fitness shops but none are near as good as Flaman.Clint is the guy to speak with he really knows his stuff and treats his customers well.I would highly recommend them!

Prices are really good compared to other places in kelowna. Staff are really helpful. Of u need help with setup and delivery it is an extra 150$ depending on your location

My friend told me about the place and said good things so I checked it out.Terrific people, friendly and welcoming.Phil was the guy that I dealt with. Working with him has made my first time buying gym equipment a smooth and fun experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing my first home gym.Highly recommend!
