Laura is phenomenal. Best decision we made for our wedding, by far. She is extremely good at what she does, and guided us throughout the day. The big day can be stressful enough, but Laura took the lead (she is very direct and calming), and made sure everyone was where they should be, and it ran SO smoothly.She is extremely detail oriented, and I LOVE that about her. She is passionate, genuine & so down to earth and it set the tone for the entire day. My guests are still raving about her, not just about the pictures but her personality too. She blends in with the fam, and then delivers a masterpiece of a gallery a couple weeks later. What more can you ask for?! Laura, you are amazing. Our wedding is coming up soon and we have had the most positive and wonderful experience with Laura so far! We had such a great first impression chatting over coffee and knew we were in good hands. And it's been that way since.Our engagement session was such a blast, it made us even more excited for our wedding party to share in the fun. For anyone who doesn't love taking photos, Laura has a special way of making you feel at ease, and capturing those funny moments of natural emotions, without trying too hard. Our friends and family have never seen my fiancé smile so much in photos! We've had ongoing communication and support along the planning process- an awesome bonus to someone who has many experiences to draw from. I first came across Laura's work about 5 years ago when searching for a wedding photographer. What caught my eye about her work was not only the lighting of the photos, which was bright and colourful, Laura didn't inhabit the same poses across all of her clients. Every couple was different. Laura also seemed just like one of the girls when I met her with two of my girlfriends. I could tell she would be fun to work with as well as be able to keep those difficult family members in check when needed. As we welcomed out newest addition to our household, we thought it would be great to have Laura come back to shoot our newborn lifestyle session. It was just an hour or so at our home a month after baby was born and it was completely easy. Laura was great to work with again and we absolutely loved the pictures. Her craft has only gotten better with time. I wholeheartedly recommend Laura as a wedding and/or newborn photographer.

Laura has been amazing from our first meeting (where she had written an adorable welcome sign for my fiancé and I), to our engagement shoot, all the way through to us changing the country that our wedding would take place in.There were other photographers whose photos we liked, but after looking at what felt like hundreds of wedding photographers, we were both in agreement that Laura’s photos stood out from the rest. The comment that we both had was that her photos are not only beautiful, they are “genuine”. They show genuine emotions of the day and not only don’t feel staged or cookie cutter, but they really capture the emotion of the day. Although, our wedding day is not for a few months, I can say that after working with her for our engagement photos and seeing the final results, we were not disappointed. They are better than I expected and we even got a teaser within an hour of being home from the shoot!Regardless of her clear technical ability, her personality and fun attitude is reason enough to work with her. If you follow Laura on social media (make sure you follow all three of her accounts), you know that while she takes her job seriously, she doesn’t take herself too seriously, which makes for a very comfortable environment.Prior to our engagement shoot, my fiancé mentioned to me that the one part of our Wedding he was dreading was the photos. He was worried about feeling awkward, or not knowing what to do, but in the matter of one evening, he was asking when we could do another photoshoot. Laura walks her couple through the session and despite the large number of weddings she has photographed, always makes you feel as though your wedding is important to her.There are many things to stress about before our wedding, but since booking Laura, photography has not been one of them. We can not wait to have her at our wedding in Las Vegas this December.

If I could hire Laura again, I would without hesitation. I found Laura's work while browsing pinterest. Not only was Laura's style exactly what I was looking for (happy, bright, fresh), from her writing she seemed very friendly and personable. The best decision I made while planning our wedding was hiring Laura. She is not only a very talented photographer but she makes the entire process easy and fun. She Is able to find beauty in the smallest wedding details and an eye for positioning you to look your best in the photos. Laura was such a pleasure to be around on the wedding day. She was constantly making us all laugh and made friends with everyone at the wedding. She has a way of making everyone feel relaxed even those who don't usually enjoy having their photo taken. I could not be more happy with her service or my photos. Since our wedding I have hired laura several other times to take photos for us and every time I have been over the moon happy with the result.
