Klein's Food Mart

Good place to stop by for some snacks if you’re in a hurry. When I was there it was a little busy but other times it was the opposite.

Customer service here has always been hit or miss due to the high turn over but I was still surprised when they wouldn't even offer to sell my daughter a mask when she forgot hers. You'd think they'd want the extra sale but instead sent her home. I have literally chased down a meth head (found the pipe in her purse) to retrieve their stolen property and stopped countless kids. I couldn't even put a dollar amount on what our family has spent here if I tried, its been 20 years. I'm just done with this place, Co-op is an extra minute away (argyle and rochdale), they have amazing customer service, and the selection is way better.

Ladys working were so rude. One worse then the other. They clearly dont love their job which I dont blame them but they dont have to take it out on the customers. Your in customer service.. greet and maybe smile.

Recently I haven't had problems with the regular staff. But they let their trainees answer the phone and they can't even speak halfway English.

Place hasn't changed in 20 yrs. Problem is you always feel in the getting when u go here. It needs a big renovation!

Awesome awesome people working there. Especially the one younger guy with long hair. He always puts a smile on everyone's face.

Maybe time to get up to date and get tap ability on your debit machine. A lot of people don't even carry cards anymore and only use their phones.

Terrible customer server, Extremely rude and disrespectful lady’s who run the tills !! Never will I recommend this store to anyone ever again!!Kicked paying customer out of the store just because they were kids. I get that there is alway a protocol to follow but when it’s -25 out side not including the wind and you see a child with NOT WEARING PROPER winter attire you should definitely not start to argue and kick them out .Even tho they bought something and was willing to buy something else just to stay warm in the building while they wait for their ride!! (Which was late so no fault of the children)The lady then attempted to start a argument with them and make them feel less of a person for having to wait and not wanting to wait out side in -25 with out the proper winter Attire on, this store made them feel as if they are being sneaky to try and steal!!On top of that the lady’s working decided it was best to start talking smack about them to other customers are YOU KIDDING ME unbelievable!! Which makes even a adult feel less of a person never mind a child!!Bottom line sometimes things don’t go according to plan but it’s important to know how to treat your customers and just being a decent human being especially if they are children!The other lady who use to work durning the day was awesome and knew her customer service! This a tore has really gone down hill!! Trust me when I say those kids and my self will never be coming back nor will I give any recommendations for this store and will be driving the extra minute to CO-OP down the road where they know customer service!!!
