I hired Elvira Party Designs to create a grab and go Garland that I could set up myself at a different venue and couldn’t have asked for a simpler more streamlined process. Not only did the product look fabulous and hold up far past the end of the party, but the kit she sent me with has every single thing I needed to set up the balloon arch on my own. Simple assembly that looked professional and was a major highlight at my mom’s 70th! If you’re looking for balloon services in metro Detroit, look no further.
