Reached out months before the busy season around January. They did not follow up but said they would. I reached out in April since snow was melted and hoped to get a apt for a quote, They responded that since our last email, they had filled all their spots. I knew companies booked quick which is why i reached out in January to secure a booking.Very unpleased with their approach and Jennifer's poor customer service.

These guys do a great job. I have used them twice so far and the quality is spot on. They where always ready and willing to come back and rework any issues that came up with out delay or fuss. You can tell their number one priority is customer satisfaction.They even quoted less than the competition! Thanks Darren, Jennifer and team, I look forward to working with you again.

I was in contact with Jennifer Rietzel in mid July to schedule a job for late August. She told me that instead of booking right away I could call in early August and they could do this job for us no problem. I called in early August to set a date and she said she was going to make arrangements and call me back. She later called back to cancel because they were too busy and that they won't have time this year...We are now left scrambling to find someone else last minute. Very poor customer service...avoid at all cost unless you have a backup booked.

Very impressed! Those guys are great, they did soil and sod for us and it was better than expected. Crew was friendly and professional, managment was understand and very easy going, all minor issues were addressed almost instantly. Grass is thick, green and healthy, perfect!If you're looking for a landscaping contractor, give these guys a call!

We have used this company for our front entrance landscaping and brick work. Their service is VERY professional. Darren was very patient and thorough when it came to helping us with our design. Jennifer made sure everything was well coordinated and kept us informed of the timeline. The workers were efficient, friendly and professional. Work site was cleaned every evening. As soon as the project was completed, they reached out to make sure we were completely satisfied and made some adjustments for us. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

I requested delivery of a truckload of topsoil. They delivered the next day. The quality of the soil is very good, perfectly screened just as they said. The price was acceptable, considering how far they had to drive. I definitely will order again.

Corey and his crew built a patio and walkway for us in 2020 and did a fantastic job. They are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Corey came by yesterday when I called him about a small problem with some shifting of a few bricks and he came back today with his crew and the problem was fixed very quickly and is now as good as new. I recommend them anytime I hear someone talking about landscaping and would hire them again without hesitation. Office staff is also very pleasant to deal with.

The crew was impeccably professional and efficient, the ladies in the office always answered my many questions with patience and Darren knew how to reassure me when I doubted my capacities to make my sod turn right. I recommended them twice already, one already booked their landscaping project with Rietzel :)
