I only went to this location once and they were not helpful. They had no idea about their product and customer service was not friendly.I will be going to the location in Erin Mills, much better there.

It was NOT a pleasant experience working with the DUCA bank in the HCH.One female staff member with blond hair was extremly unfriendly and unprofessionell.Sorry, never again.

I came here to get an auto loan for a tesla because they had a low advertised rate for hybrid/electric car loans. Just a word of advice to everyone - Don't do that.They want a signed version of the bill of sale, which is not what Tesla does and they knew well in advance. You sign on delivery of the car. On the day of delivery***, I couldn't pick up the loan bank draft after they previously said that the invoice and order agreement I sent them was fine (a one-time exception") and I had already signed the loan documents. I read some negative reviews and I thought I should enter mine. I join DUCA when I was working for Philips out at Milner Rd Markham. But I lived in Mississauga, so I deal with this location very often. My experience with the staff has always been positive and they are very helpful. So I don't know why some feel the opposite. Their hours are short that is why I stopped using them for a while. But it has nothing to do with their service.In fact, I am thinking of returning to use them and also I encourage my daughter to open an account with them.I hope this helps.

3 visits to try to open account.1st visit no one to open account 2 no parking 3 1 hour wait to deposit MY MONEY...eq bank, oaken,ing, national,Scotia, BMO,etc etc ..

Never had any problems at any of the 3 branches I was involved with. They take care of me at the counter quickly & efficiently.

My experience has always been a positive one. I know they have made some adjustments with regards to their staff, so at present there are a few new faces. I cannot State an opinion on these people because I have never had the opportunity of speaking with them, however; there are three ladies that are part of the old team GRACE, FRANCE and NEERMALA....they're ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They are very accommodating, caring and professional. Over the years they've assisted my elderly parents with patience, a smile and a kind word and when my father recently died they cried with me because they felt the loss as wellDUCA'S Motto is Banking is about more than just the money it's about people and communities." Date I visited the bank September 15, 2020 12:45 to 1:00PMI did not not appreciate the way the staff was speaking to the customers. In my subjective opinion it was coming across as condescending and very patronizing. I understand that we are currently in a pandemic, and must stand 6 feet apart, that being said, majority of your clientele are senior citizens, you're wearing a face mask, and there is a shield between staff and clients... I, a 33 year old person with okay hearing, was struggling hearing what staff was trying to say, I could only imagine what a person who is hard of hearing must have been feeling. The staff seemed to have some serious authoritarian issues and could have easily approached clients in a kinder manor without a patronizing attitude.Elderly customer had an envelope he needed to give to the teller but it was too far to reach as 2 meters" is the "rule" so he sort of tossed the envelope on her counter

Very pleased with service and how treat customers make me free comfortable and my husband.Customer service person work at this branch saw me at my place of work and saw me and said hi because remember me and we laughed about experience was pleasant the day we were at branch.It not like the big banking institution cold don't care leave out cold after many years

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I really like dealing with Jame. She makes the chore going to the bank fun, very cheerful and she makes an effort to get to know her customers and their needs.
