We've been celebrating birthdays, retirements and other special occasions with the Balloonery over the past few years. They consistently have unique and creative ideas to suit our needs and produce them quickly. The Balloonery has also supported many community groups and events, creating beautiful displays or sweet gifts for groups like the library or the seniors in the village. I would highly recommend this shop and the amazing owners to everyone.

I cannot say enough great things about The Balloonery... where do I start? Lori and Christine are so easy to work with and will accommodate with a quick turnaround. They are both very knowledgeable, cheerful and polite. The Balloonery has incredible service and they go above and beyond. Not only does they Balloonery have balloons, but they have a cute little gift ideas. Everything is great quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend The Balloonery and Gift Shop for all your party needs!

These ladies are extremely talented and wonderful to work with!!!! We have ordered a variety of arrangements from them and everyone has been beautiful and created a lot of happiness. We live in Alberta but our family and friends live in the London area, so ordering balloons and gift items from them has been effortless, always delivered as promised and exceed our expectations. LOVE THE BALLOONERY!!!!! Absolutely in love with this shop! The seasonal balloon candy cups are so cute! as well at the balloon arrangements. Have ordered 3 different arrangement, including a yard balloon for my Dad's 70th that we couldn't celebrate due to covid. He was so surprised and happy. A balloon flower arrangement for my mum's recovery was the cutest thing ever, and lasted way longer than regular flowers.I have been out the the store in Thorndale a couple of times and never walk out empty handed. The two owners are so friendly and helpful to answer any questions and are so accommodating and lovely.

We have had the pleasure of doing business the The Balloonery and Gift Shop for many occasions in the past year- Birthdays for grandkids and adults, Mothers Day and even just to brighten someones day. The response to my messages are always very prompt and I think they actually take delight in picking just the right theme and assortment for each recipient. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Lori always creates the most amazing balloons for every birthday we have! She helps create every vision come to life and the balloons are always admired at the birthday parties. The ladies at The Balloonery created spectacular tabletop arrangements, for the first birthday of a twin boy and girl, that both the children and the adults loved. I live in Ottawa, so I had to describe what I was looking for without being able to visit the store, and what they made was perfect. They really are creative geniuses. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them highly and look forward to ordering from The Balloonery in future.

I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Lori for the tremendous work she put in getting a new baby balloon bouquet ready for our friends. Her communication was excellent. She was clear, friendly and very helpful. I feel like she has gone above and beyond to make them feel the love of their family across the world. I would highly recommend them for any gifts or special occasions! Thanks so much - we will be back!
