I have never been so embarrassed in my life by the staff their with no respect for human life ! Its sad to say that people have to depend on such a great company from our ministry ! FYI DREAD LOCKS ARE OUT!

I did not need any social assistance but i called to let them know that my tenant is on social assistance and not paying rent from last 2 months. My tenant has told me she will forge my sign if i do not sign papers for landlord. However, lady on phone is like you have persued with RTB and they cannot do anything. I was like what about signature forgery and she started yelling at me that you are not listening even though i was so calm and patient in talking. Lady on phone felt drunk and did not care. She also ended call abrutly on me while yelling. Funny, their automated message earlier said no abusive language but they do it themselves...what a joke is ministry!!

I'm on disability And they paid for my scooter my health careAnd this month they paid my hydro bill

Due to a lost paystub by the local ministry office my daughter and her face eviction in 3 days everything that was of her done but not good enough her boss paid 40 to federal express her pay stubs for the year 1.5 weeks later still nothing.....this has been going on for 2.5 months

Appalling service. Staff are unbelievably rude, callous, and sadistic. Be extremely careful when contacting ministry workers.

This place is totally useless. They employees treat you as if you aren't human. They wont give you straight answers and constantly send you in circles. Absolutely appalling to treat people in need this way.

lotta the people in their are scary at times... but if your polite to the staff workers they should be polite back to you and try n help u out as best as they can...and if they cant help you out for some reason or another. dont flip out or start swearing and losing it. they dont hate you ..just doing their job...

I recommend them since I never had problems with them before
