I had an amazing building experience with Mike. His professionalism, attention to detail and ongoing attentiveness to me and his other clients surpassed any expectations I had. He went through each step of the construction process with me, explaining each piece in great detail as well as what to expect along the way. He was always available to speak no matter the day or time and provided prompt and ongoing communication to me as a client. His ultimate goal was to build me a quality custom home at a reasonable cost- and he was certainly able to accomplish this- I love my new home- thanks Mike!

****posting for a friend****We met Mike of Merit Homes after our house was destroyed by Arson. We were unaware of the requirements for rebuilding. Mike took us through this process and made sure we were continously updated and consulted. His compassion, professionally and caring resulted in an outstanding stress free experience. From the beginning and throughout he promised that he would build us a beautiful home. Mike has excellent taste and a great life for detail.
