I have been going to Elks since I was too young to remember (about 38-40 years). Between Guy, and his family who worked there prior, I have always got what I asked for. He has great personality, and patience for young clients.

Employee was very rude, and told one of my friends that “he would not be able to afford their pay rates, (which is around $20, and he normally pays $30/$40 at his typical barber shop). Sad to see that even though it’s 2018 people discriminate others and are racist towards them.

Guy is always accommodating for what ever style of haircut you need and looks after kids as well. Though with our Covid issues you should book an appointment though he will do walk ins only if he is not busy.

Guy the barber is great...the one place in New West/Burnaby that I can get a consistent haircut every time. Guy is one of the nicest people you'll meet...always a joy to get my haircut there.

Really great barbershop with a laid back, friendly vibe. Guy is very personable and welcoming person. He's an old school barber that has been doing it for a very long time and knows how to cut hair. If I still lived in New West, I'd still be going to see him for sure.

Great old fashioned barber shop in New Westminster. Guy gives a great haircut for a good price. I will return.Edit 18-Nov-2017. Returned for me second cut. Guy listened to exactly what I wanted and I walked out looking great. Just what I needed to get ready for my job interview!

Great service. I have been going to see Guy for hair cuts for over 7 years. Always friendly, never feel rushed. Only problem he has not been able to fix is my growing bald spot. Oh well. ...
