Peace Bridge

It is what it is. A very straightforward bridge that cannot be more of a bridge. Scenery wise, looks very nice and clean, especially when it is sundown. People get to appreciate the lights while walking OR while in e-scooters/ e-bikes!Worth it for pictures and memories, can't go wrong with visiting this place.

It was a very short walk. They are doing construction on the bridge so I recommend for you to go when it is complete... right now It is not too cute.

Lovely in the evening. You get such a beautiful sunset over the water. We rented a few scooters and took the bike path all the way to the edge of downtown!! It surprisingly goes very far. It’s a sweet ride along the water.

This is one of the interesting places in Calgary which you must visit during your stay. The bridge is beautiful both in the day time and at night with lights. Stunning view from the bridge to the river + great photos having the bridge on the background.There is tableaux with the historic note about the place. You can continue waking to the nearest parks beside.

Very interesting architecturally and engineering wise, the detail of the bridges design is brilliant and that it connects various parts of the Calgary communities is even better. It’s pretty iconic and something worth visiting when in Calgary.

Great place to spend a nice evening. However when we visited they were doing construction as the glasses of the bridge were broken. But there were few street performer, ice cream trucks and the best part was neuron e bikes. Both my girls had a lot of fun. If you are in Calagary area highly recommended to visit. That’s the amazing place where we can stand and take photos and video, Moreover it is best place for videography because of the beautiful scene of Bow river.

Unfortunately the bridge was under repair when we went to visit. View is spectacular at night and just a short walk either way but end has a park. Lots of mosquitos when we visited but otherwise were ok. Definitely worth visiting when in Calgary. Problem though is parking as there are not a lot around the area.
