Great drinks, tasty food and fast friendly service. Huge shout out to Chloe the very nice lady that took our order, her effervescent personality and beautiful bright smile was a great helpful start to the day

I don't know why it's so hard to get what you ordered. My wife and I only go here once in a while for a treat. London fog with an extra shot of vanilla. We used to get it regular but we enjoy the vanilla so we ask for extra. Almost every time we ask for extra, it tastes like there is less. So now I politely ask that they make sure the pumps are full pumps. I now get a little attitude when stating why I ask for full pumps. I just bought 2 London fog drinks. 1 tastes correct, 1 tastes like they forgot the vanilla all together (unsweetened tea with foam on top). I wish I would have noticed before driving away. I would have gone back in. Suggestion: pay attention to the orders and don't hurry. Paying that much for a drink, I'd like it to be right. I don't know what you pay your staff, maybe pay them better so they care a little more. IDK, do better.

Boyfriend picked it up for me so didn’t know what to look for. Ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha, which standardly comes with whipped cream. Mine had no whipped cream and the lid had a large hole so it spilled all over me when I went to drink it. Disappointed when you pay for certain standards that all.

Yesterday, My mother and I took a cab from Farmers Market to go to Starbucks. They all of sudden closed dining area and when I walked through a Drive-Thru I was told it is a safety issue and some insurance thing and this was why they can't serve me if I am not in a Vehicle. If I don't own a vehicle how can I order and should not they have offered some other alternative. Yesterday was just worst here, otherwise they are ok.

Ordered a coffee had to repeat myself 3 times. Still had to correct the order at the till. My order came up whole milk not oat milk like i asked 4 times... and aparently my name is bart not mark. Not great service for a 6 dollar coffee. I tried to return the 40 dollar to go cup i had also purchased along side my coffee and it was declined on 2 tills. They would only offer store credid but i had no interest as i also bought a 30 dollar gift card totalling 70 dollars in store credit. Absolutely awful experience. I will not return, and I will make sure to share my horrible experience with my peers. My search for a morning coffee spot continues

I come here roughly 4-5 times a week and order the exact same drink each time. Nearly every time I go, my drink never tastes the same. And the last 4 times I've gone, my cup has been missing a significant amount of my coffee. Considering it's a nearly $6 coffee, I expect to get a full cup of it and not a cup that's only filled less than 3/4 of the way.

Great tasting! Clean environment and good vibe. Jennifer is good with customer service and got everything correct. I did have an occurrence last week where I was missing a good amount in my cup (definitely not just foam going down). Overall good stuff, must be managed really well.
